The hotel is very clean ; also which is nearby all the places. It is in the center of the city, is a good place to hang out. I would like to stay at the same hotel if I go again…

Worst gm ever who has no idea about hospitality terms on how to tak to guests. Shamefully the staffs are much great than him. also not recommended for girl travellers as there was someone sneaking in our room!

Great location, good rooms, good service.

Booking was messed up. Asked for 2 twins got 1 king. No compensation. Many other better options in that neighbourhood. Overpriced for what you are getting. Would never stay there again.

Though it is located in connaught place, the cost does not do justice with the rooms. We payed 6000+ for a room which is equivalent to a 4 star or even 5 star sometimes, but the rooms at hotel bright are very tiny. The food is ok. They do not have a buffet system due to space constraint, so they provide you in room dining. But complete 5 star rating for the service right from the butler boy to the front office staff, they are very welcoming.

There is one major issue with this hotel. It shares the building with dancings/clubs. Due to this you get the noise and even vibrations of the music until midnight. I already told the hotel staff this personally and they are aware of the issue but a solution is not in sight. Adding some "minor" issues to this such as: no windows, no breakfast room (breakfast is served in your room), and unstable internet makes that I can't recommend this hotel, even though the staff is friendly and tries to help you as good as possible.

Housed in a heritage building in M Block, this hotel is pretty good for travellers for a few days’ stay. Small but nicely maintained rooms, great food and reasonably good service makes the property a good choice. Location is it’s top niche, as you can walk through the business district to almost any places. Palika Bazar is only a few minutes walking distance. The only negative thing about this nice hotel is the steep stairs from street level to the hotel’s reception on 1st Floor; they don’t have space or possible approval for elevators.

This was great, I’d just come back from 3 weeks trekking in Nepal. The staff were super friendly, everything was clean and very quiet. I’d happily stay here again.

Excellent hotel, great location. I try first, Ravi, the janitor is trying to help you in everything. Everything and KM staff very willing to make your stay the best.

Awesome location and nice room's but costly.

Excellent food and people. But there is no option to climbing stairs.

Located in the outer circle, has really small room but we'll organized. It's cozy and comfortable though. Room service is good and even modern lockers are available.

Superb service, good rooms. Breakfast was excellent and arrived exactly as ordered — hot toast! The wrong side of Connaught circus so the entrance is poor but as soon as the guy takes your bags you know you made the right choice.

Totally hygenic… n impressive! D decore… way of presentation… its all owsm.

Nice and cozy, very good location. However there is no lift to the hotel. You have to climb the stairs. Old tenants and workers stare at you before the entrance. Security needs to be upgraded.

Architecture of the hotel is very poor & its like a jail, entrance of hotel is what will make you very afraid & will put you in a doubt that actually you are going to enter in some hotel. Reception staff are very careless as when I arrived nobody was there at the reception and I had to wait for half an hour when a man arrived. No lounge is present in hotel. Staff was not at all cooperative. I will never visit this hotel again.

Kindly don't go by reviews about this hotel here (which are comprising 5 stars) as they are given by owner and relatives of the hotel in an order to attract more customers. I will advise nobody to stay in this hotel as the staff is not good/cooperative & the staff will unnecessarily interfere in your personal life and will try to gather your various personal details which might prove to be risky for you.

Stayed there for two nights on the recommendation of the lonely planet. We had a late flight and got to the hotel at around 1am local time. There was no one on the desk, but it turns out the owner was asleep on the sofa in the "reception". After half an hour of confusion we finally got to our 'room'. Unfortunately it has no window, with stains all along the walls. Its true that it's like a prison! The location was really good, but beware because the hotel sometimes sells your details to local 'estate agents'. On the first morning somebody came into our room whilst we were eating breakfast and told us he was from the Indian Tourist board. It turns out that the hotel had given our details to them and would have received a portion of any tours that we booked with the agency. Also a British woman refused to stay in her room because it was so unsanitary. She was with her child — and argued with the manager for over an hour in order to get her money back. Cheap but not worth it.
