The Best Hospitality and amazing food in complete Pahar Ganj Delhi.

Hotel is neat and clean, value for money, supportive staff, good location.

They put it as 3 star hotel but I wouldn’t give it even one star. I checked in and straight away I checked out and I paid the full day charges because it was very old and dirty couldn’t sleep in their beds oh my god couldn’t believe that hotel with 3 stars dirty as the W hotel.

The approach is awkward could not find the Hotel in late night. Staff was ok but over Hotel not in a good shape.

Only location is excellent hotel rooms & service is worst.

Heres the thing about Hotel the W. It is very strange at first glance. You have to go up four flights of stairs to get there. The person who greets you at the top knows your name, because you are one of only a few people staying there at a time. This can feel strange, but it does show how dedicated they are to service for their guests. They have comfortable rooms, which are usually quite clean. I especially liked the breakfast options. The staff was also extremely helpful in arranging tours and activities, if you wanted it. The only complaint I have is that the bar beneath the hotel was loud. My girlfriend was completely unaffected by it, and I wore earplugs, so really it wasn't a big deal. If you can adjust your expectations a little bit, this hotel is a great place to stay in Delhi on a budget.

Looked nothing like what was on Internet. Definitely not a modern boutique hotel.

Location is perfect … There is a good bar just below the hotel… But there is no lift so you have to climb up to third floor … Best is to call for luggage pick up from ground floor.

Won't give any stars … worst hotel I have ever stayed, bathroom/toilet was horrible, no toilet paper health faucet leaking very congested no elevater, untrained staff housekeeping very poor. Parking facility is mentioned but one has to pay for it and above all the property owner was very rude and misbehaved when he was asked to rectify the problems.

Hotel The W is located at Connaught Place, outer circle. The price is sound OK if compare about facility and service of another hotel near there and also provide morning break fast. I would rather to suggest you book the hotel with online agency before walk in to the hotel, you will get cheaper price than booking in front of counter at the hotel. The strong point of this hotel is near a lot of shopping center and restaurant. Under the hotel also have pub that you can have a drink in the evening to take rest and relax.

I had relly great experience in this hotel. All staff was excellent. Many times I stayed in many hotels of delhi but this hotel was first time good hospitalty and good staff. Many likes to owner of this hotel. He is very friendly to all guest and stafff. I will comeback in this hotel and also I will reccommend to friend to stay in this hotel.

Best place to visit and stay… should check in once for the better experience (y)
