Amazingly comfortable stay, excellent food, very professional and helpful staff. Richness and grandeur is visible in every aspect in the TAJ. This time, I was really impressed by the professionalism and INTEGRITY of the housekeeping staff… I left my wallet (serious lapse on my side 🫣) by the bed, in clear view for anybody to see… and also placed a request for the housekeeping staff to expedite some maintenance work, in my absence… was really IMPRESSED and relieved to see, my wallet untouched and belongings intact… 🫡 Kudos to the Management and the Team… looking forward to our next stay… 🥳🥂

Such a lovely place to just relax and sip a cup of steaming hot chocolate. The rose lychee eclair is just divine and melting. Thereafter enjoy a lovely delicious meal.

Bathroom is not good in room. 220 water drainage system so poor.

Recently visited this restaurant for dinner. We were a group of 5 people. The space is pretty big with ample of space to sit outside as well as inside. However, found the food and drink options limited. We ordered pasta for food. The staff is quite hospitable. Great hospitality. Overall, a good experience.

Great hotel, right from the airport pick up to the ease of checkin, it was smooth and we felt special. Had booked a club room, morning breakfast in the club was excellent. Only regret was the short stay, will be returning definitely.

It's a beautiful Hotel. The staff is very generous, polite communicative and responsive. They always are eager to serve their best. It's close to several embassies which makes it easily accessible for dignitaries. The IGI airport is 15-20 minutes away. You would enjoy your stay or holding a business meet here.

A really nice Chinese restaurant nestled in tgs diplomatic area. Easy on the pocket surprisingly for a 5 star property restaurant. But no where the quality has been compromised. With a wide collection of wines to compliment your meal.

Not entirely surprising, the various forms of duck were amazing. The dim sum work great as starters, or a full meal if you order multiple ones. Be prepared to spot travelling celebrities. The dress code is smart casual, but on the smarter side, even though you'll likely get away with wearing jeans and a t-shirt if you're cool enough (and/or staying at the hotel).

I’m sad to be leaving! I knew you were special from
the start based on the hospitable reception I received when I checked in… despite the fact that it was 3 am! Clean, luxurious rooms, lovely bathtubs, classy lobby, and superb staff who go above and beyond to make you feel valued. Unbeatable safe location, very reasonably priced for a five star hotel, and close proximity to the airport. Nothing but love for this establishment and thanks again.

Absolutely fantastic food but options are very limited to choose from. Excellent ambience. Very well trained staff. The live roti counter is just amazing where the counter is brought very near to the table and oozes freshness right from the time you place the order. Very quick service. An elegant and chic place right in the midst of the diplomatic area housing the various embassies and consulates. Great place for a quick lunch as well as a leisure dinner. The various spices are used in good measure to leave each and every part of your taste buds tingling for a long time. Would always want to come back again and again. Fairly expensive. Very less selection available for desserts. But provides a great dining experience overall.

Incredible Chinese food! Definitely among the best in Delhi. The signature cocktails are a must try. The duck preparation lives up to expectations. Lovely ambience. Staff courtesy is signature Taj like; up there with the best in the business! Expensive, certainly, but a good experience nonetheless.

Clean hotel. Not so big. Restaurants are very good. Valet parking. For small parties also good and their parents.

Place is great and it should be when they charge you a high price. Facilities are nice. Rooms can be more good. Hall is little small for the number of people who get there, they should book the place keeping the capacity of people in mind. Food is good and not so great for people who eat spicy food because it is very neutral otherwise mentioned on it or you asks for it.

I have been to this hotel multiple times for office events. Love the location — in the heart of Delhi. Easily accessible. The venue is ideal for public events. There are also a host of high profile guests. Restaurant and service is also great. Hotel has many meeting rooms.

This hotel is located in the diplomatic enclave of New Delhi meaning that you have lots of trees (Green part of the City). The palace has an excellent level of services. Room are pretty Big and spa is offering various massage types. The main restaurant offers an impressive choice if meals for breakfast and sometimes also for lunch and dinner (it depends on the day of the week). During weekend, you can have Live music sessions which are very very loud inside the restaurant (that's why I don't give a 5 Stars).

Its a great place to stay in. It completely take cares of their customers. The rooms were clean but small. Bathroom is also clean but there is no hand shower in it which causes a lot of inconvenience. It has a great swimming pool, spa, Jacuzzi and great place for morning walks. Enjoyed my stay. It has mainly 2 restaurants in it but breakfast was not as good as we expected.

Excellent experience. The hotel is luxurious. Resteraunt was excellent. Inside are several other styled restaurants. We only ate at the Indian ones which were very good. The service was excellent in the hotel. Staff very attentive. We got upgraded to a suite which was amazing.

Taj Diplomatic Enclave, erstwhile Taj Palace, is one of the finest hotel in New Delhi. Rooms of this hotel are very nice, housekeeping best in class. Service is excellent. I stayed for 3 days and everyday my morning tea was served dot on time. Food is delicious.

Comfortable hotel with different cuisine restaurants and night club. Though some part of hotel is under renovation, a guest can hardly make out unless in lobby where they have temporary partition board to renovate the all day coffee shop. Orient express restaurant is one of oldest fine dinning restaurants in Delhi in this hotel a must try for food lovers for its experience. Mini golf area and pool side are on ground floor which are perfect place to relax. Mist rooms are already renovated and are very comfortable. Since the hotel is located in diplomatic area, most room have a green view taking away of you being in a metro city.

It's a beautiful premium hotel with all amenities & facilities. Lot of head of the states, leaders prefer this place. Food is good. In room services is class. Restaurants are decently big, spacious, clean, service is good & food is yummy. It's one of the best hotels New Delhi has. Happy stay.

The place is cozy and comfortable. A lot of personal space… The atmosphere inside is very nice and is very quaint. As for food, I had a soup, but didn't like it much. Don't know about other food items…

The buffet which they serve in the coffee shop is brilliant. Lots of varieties to choose from. The rooms are modern though the touch on the smaller side. They have more employees then guests here which is typical of any Taj property.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and impeccable service. We stayed here for 3 days and we had the best time. The check-in people gave us an upgrade to the concierge level, even without asking for it. Our over the top welcome included masala chai and a pineapple cake — courtesy of Ms. Divya — staff seemed to go overboard to make us happy! The room was lovely, the lounge which was 24/7 was such a convenience and so inviting. Every staff member exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet was ginormous and every food item that they cooked was fresh and so-o good. Even though it is a buffet, the wait staff brought us the food to the table. For all our future travels, we are not staying anywhere else but the Taj!

I was driven from the Airport in a Jag. This alone deserves 7 stars. The Spa and the pool are good. The room is the nicest I've seen and lots of nice touches from the house keeping. Breakfast is incomparable; a great mix between cuisines and LOTS of choices. The thing that annoyed me the most is that they were renovating a floor during my stay and the painting smell got to my room through the air con. I had sinus, so I got fever for 2 days. This is the main reason for removing one start. Otherwise, I would have put a straight 5.
