Awesome place to visit, Always great to be back at this very convenient place. Great restaurants, great facilities, great service all the way. Wedding's are beyond the expectation. Breakfast are a bit adapted due to the restrictions but they still make a great job out of it. Thanks to the fantastic Rudraksh Team!

Restaurant was awful… ur ordered food will come after 1 to 2 hours and if they are having outsiders and they won’t give priority to hotel guests they will Say yes we will serve u and then will flip and won’t serve u. (I HAVE TO GO TO SEARCH FOOD AT 12:00 am! Coz this their this pathetic behaviour)

Ambience and rooms are good with good service.

Worst experience ever, with so much boundations and restrictions, the staff is very very rude, they have no manners to talk with their guests, they dont even give you complimentary breakfast with expensive rooms even. Hated it will never be here ever and will also recommend many people to never visit here!

Very nice architecturally designed and spacious Resort. Staff is well mannered and cooperative. But somewhat lacking in cleanliness and hygiene of room. Service was excellent.

The ambience is quite awesome. You get a very luxurious feel at a decent price. The restaurant is also nice in terms of interior, staff quality, Cleanliness and ofcourse food. In case of organizing a party, you are compelled to go with only Raj caterers as he is a partner in the venture. The cost for two full days in case of a wedding will be around 28 lakh approx. Overall it makes it a pretty good deal in comparison to other ventures nearby.

Like a Chinese architectural palace! Located on Ujjain Indore highway near Shanti Mandir Temple makes it more accessible to people. Classy ambiance of the restaurant with clean and peaceful surroundings. Good parking space for 2 and 4 vehicles. Rain shaded garden area for outdoor functions even during monsoon. Swimming pool area and open cafe style sitting. Good quality food. But I noticed a bit oiliness into the food I ordered plus the cold coffee which I ordered was pathetic though it got replaced when I asked them to make changes.

Nice, peaceful and a luxurious Resort on the outskirts of Ujjain. Awesome customer service and friendly staff. You really feel like a king once you step into this resort. Food is yummy. Room service is quick. Good laundry service. The rooms are spacious and clean. Amazing pool with clean and crystal clear water. Ample parking space for lots of cars.

Relaxing n congenial yet stylish ambience, spacious rooms and intelligently placed furnishings. 24/7 housekeeping services and well trained staff made our stay very pleasant in the temple town. Only thing lacking was water. The tap water was salty and there was no water for washing the vehicle. Though a bit far from the main temple in Ujjain but one can reach in 10-15 min by car. Very budget friendly for resort but the buffet breakfast was a bit costly. Restaurant is very good, food tasted awesome n service was very good. Small pool n a very cute round baby pool make for good foto opportunities.

The place is pretty good. The food is specifically nice and so is the aroma. Worth going with the whole family.

Decent place to stay in Ujjain, MP. Neat and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Pure vegetarian and tasty food. Away from city's hustle and bustle. Taxi service is available to roam in and around the city.

Nice place. Calm and same time near to city… good food and hygiene is maintained everywhere… Amenities are being added up of Gymnasium … for now only swimming pool is there and a huge landscape, lush green garden. Kids zone, indoor games and SpA should be planned as early as possible…

They employ the most ill mannered, discourteous and arrogant staff in their restaurant who have absolutely no idea how to deal with their customers. From the moment we stepped foot into their restaurant they behaved in brutish manner. My 2 year old kid was almost asleep when we walked in and requested a sofa seat. We were bluntly told that the table with sofa is a 6 seater and asked us to sit in a table with only chairs — never mind that the restaurant was almost empty. Next, we got served with the wrong dish. The man (can't call him a gentleman) who had taken the order wrong refused to accept his mistake and started teaching us how to place the order right. As if this wasn't enough, the restaurant manager wasn't ready to even listen to the complaint and started misbehaving so much so that it led to a heated argument. He still wasn't ready to listen to anything. Just can't understand why people easily spend crores in building a resort but then go on to employ incompetent employees just to save a few bucks. Pathetic.

The place is located right next to the Highway. There is a Shani temple near the Resort. The Ambience of the Hotel is very good. They have two separate building, one with Individual rooms, Banquet halls, Restaurants and Indoor play area. The other place has individual cottages with Pool access. The food is very good, only Vegetarian though. The amenities in the resort are very good along with a great service. A great value for money and one of the best place to stay in Ujjain.

Last week attended marriage function. We were there for 2 days. A beautiful venue to arrange destination marriage. Only one minus point, tap water in bathrooms are very salty.

Best place in town. The hotel rooms are cozy, clean and very well equipped. Staff is friendly and the restaurant serves great food. We have had many lunches and dinners at Rudraksh and were never disappointed. Once we even got the chance to get a tour through the kitchen and the storage rooms by the head chef. The cleanliness and organisation of that place could be a role model for many restaurants all over the world. If you are in Ujjain, stay and eat at Rudraksh!

This place is good for having dinner! Moreover the staff is pretty co-operative, they will take care of your needs also if you want to celebrate your birthday here on the table right there with a few friends of your own or family then they will provide you a cute little wooden cake table, which is good to cut the cake. Conference room is good. Marriage halls and buffet service is very nice. Good deserts are available here. Cottages are also available for travellers! Live performances pool side along with buffet service makes you feel comfortable and also you will get good vibes :). Must visit.

Great place n very soothing to eyes but some facilities needs a bit more polishing including staff. Food is good so as room service response time The lawn is sweet n small good for 400 to 500 people function.

Place is built beautifully and maintained well however has super hard salinated water as well staff is not attentive to your needs. I personally checked in late at 10.30 am however even after calling 5 times nobody delivered the in room menu finally I called and asked him to suggest something which he did however food took more tha 45 mins to be delivered at too. For just two items. Hotel had large bookings for marriage and some corporate event and were busy addressing their needs Room& resort 4 on 5 Food 3on 5 Service 1 on 5

Rudraksh club and resort is a very proper and good place in hospitaility and service grading This place is very good for event and marriages The rooms and services are of good class and everything feels very good and comfortable. It is present in a quiet outer area of ujjain which is very close to a river. So the place seem to be surrounded with natural beauty. Overall. Very satisfying and good place as a club as well as a resort.

It was superb exprience in our city. All the enjoyment under one roof. I hope in future also we will get this entertainment.

Food is awesome here and customer service is also very. Ambiance is very good as compare to other restaurants in ujjain. Food menu is also interesting, different type of cuisines are present here.

Excellent property with good service. Very good option for a destination wedding too. Food great, service great, staff good and helpful. Only thing they need to work on is, tea making… after many suggestions also we couldn't get a good tasting tea.

Visited here for cousins wedding. It's a nice well maintained resort. Rooms are spacious. Only downside for me was approaching road, because the day we arrived was new moon and Saturday, so many people visit nearby Shani temple for Snan (holy bath) highway was blocked for vehicles.

Was happy that it served pure veg food only. Was in a group of about 100 pax, and not one had any complaint. Dined at five different venues including poolside and open garden. Excellent menu offerings, which included local delicacies like daal-baffle. Good reception and room service even for two infants in the room.

The service was very good and the staff was also very friendly. The rooms are also very nice and I can easily get any help I need very fast as the service is really fast. Thanks for giving me a great experience.

One of the best hotels that I have visited in in Ujjain so far. Very peaceful and the staff is very kind. Cosy and big rooms. Loved the food here.

We stayed at Rudraksh for one night. This place was better than what we expected from a small town hotel. Ambiance was super, swimming pool was well maintained, service was good, staff was well trained and polite, food was good, charges were responsible. We strongly recommend this place for others.

The resort is awesome… It has a big lawn where u can play cricket or other games… the swimming pool is clean and 4ft deep everywhere and is well maintained… the rooms are so good with sofas and bed and good room service… the only negative point I found was that indoor games weren't there. No billiards etc. However they do have a Table Tennis table and provide racquets but the lighting ain't good there so u can't play in the evening same goes for badminton also no bad. Nets. Overall we enjoyed the stay. The restaurant was also good with great ambience and great breakfast and food. I would recommend u to stay.

Just been to the restaurant for dinner with friends. Food was excellent. I'm sure, it's one of the most comfortable places to stay on the city outskirts near highway.

First eye catching point is. Its view… superb property and well Maintain but still little room to grow. Lets come to food — food is good but I think more variety need to be added. Staff is good, well behaved and polite. Over all its a good stay, enjoyed a lot. Only suggestion — being a resort, more recreation activities give a edge.

It is a very very nice restaurant. The food and ambience are excellent and one of the best in Ujjain. Ut is a bit overpriced based on only the food but the ambience is worth it. The weather is very cool specially in the rainy season when the river overflows. Overall 4 stars out of 5.

The great Hotel on Indore to Ujjain highway. The ambience is great & the food is just amazing. Services are good. Room size is just ok.

The check in time of the resort is 12 pm, and I had reached at 1:30 pm still rooms were not ready! Lobby had no AC, Staff was not well trained … swimming pool's hygiene was poor, at breakfast the bread kept was not fresh was breaking on picking n when asked for fresh bread staff did not get it! Breakfast overall was good … Food service was very slow … the restaurant manager offered free ice cream for delayed services! Rooms were fine … the plus point is the ambience!

Good interiors, couple of banquet halls along with a pool if you are planning on throwing a party. Just to let you know its pure veg restaurant… ;) perfect accomodation to stay along after the party…

The resort is a good option for a perfect weekend holiday. Food is good and so is the room service. Missing link is a kids zone as the kids have limited options for fun and entertainment. Overall still a good weekend holiday option.

Great rooms, good food, friendly staff and lots of open space for family gatherings and functions. It is on highway next to famous temples and accessibility is great. Would definitely stay at the same place next time.
