This guesthouse is wonderful. It’s well appointed, clean, and inviting and the location is beautiful and perfect for northern lights viewing. There is a hot tub out back and the owner has at least 5 beautiful Icelandic horses that are friendly and you can visit with. The breakfast is lovely as well.
This was a wonderful location for Northern Lights viewing. The building was modern, warm, clean, with very comfortable bedding. We loved the heated floors, the spacious kitchen, and the delicious breakfast provided each day. Although there was a bar, we brought our own liquors, beers, wine and there was no problem with that. (No ice, but we kept the bottles outside and the liquids were plenty cold, if not frozen).
After a day of hiking, the hot tub was hot and relaxing.

The guesthouse is clean and very cozy furnished. The operator is very nice and accommodating. I had a very nice stay there.
