Everything was amazing! The place was very clean and we loved the hot tub. The views were stunning, and it’s a perfect spot for watching the Northern Lights. Truly a fantastic stay!
If you want to enjoy Iceland don’t doubt a minute to book Mosas cottage. We arrived and the house was warm, very clean, the kitchen had everything you could need, the beds were comfortable and clean white sheets. Plenty of towels to taking a shower. The jacuzzi was a plus! On our first day we saw the most amazing northern lights! And we saw them all 4 days we stayed here, it’s the best location!
Only 30 minutes by car from the geyser and waterfalls and most of the famous locations. Also very well located to visit south locations in just about 1:35 hours. Stay here and you will enjoy your time!

We picked Mosas Cottages as our home base because it was in a quiet area, not too far from what we wanted to see, and had a hot tub. Turns out we made the right decision. There was plenty of room for the three of us (1 adult, 2 teenagers), the kitchen was adequately equipped, it was very clean and comfortable, and it was a restful place to crash each day after our adventures. The only (somewhat) negative things were that the sulfur smell of the hot water in the kitchen and shower were a bit much at times and we would have liked more pillows.
