Super great.

Cheap but nice arrangement and nice room.

We are three friends and we stayed for six nights in this hotel. We can’t give 0 stars because otherwise we will have done it. The only kind were the receptionists who tried to solve every problem. We arrived at 2 am because our flight was delayed and we were given a room that we had not booked. The next day only on request and after calling Booking they moved us to another apartment next to the hotel. On six nights the room was cleaned only twice, and day by day we had to ask for clean towels. The breakfast was poor and for all the people in the hotel the tables are really few.

A week before the vacation, and I can not be canceled the order. I can not figure out why … Why pay a full cancellation fee? /:

And small but well looked after and very clean the staff very nice breakfast great and hearty quiet place and close to the center. If I had the chance, I'd go back.

In our double-decker room, we would wake up in the middle of the night of severe sewage smell coming from the bathroom, coupled with hot air assembling at the second level (where the bed was) — as the a/c would fail after a couple hours of work. Outside temperature, though, was below 20C — but the room had no windows to open. Finally, we moved downstairs to a coach and had to keep the door open in order to somehow breathe. Otherwise, everything was great, except the old ladies' attitude in the breakfast room. Reception staff was very helpful in arranging various trips, but failed to ensure something was done to the awful smell in the room. Great location and a really terrific city, though. Perhaps, the best ever city in the world.

Very good situation in the heart of the Jewish district (hundreds restaurants, bars etc). Hotel is comfortable, friendly staff).

Really an amazing hotel, very cosy and customer friendly. Great breakfast. And all of that at an affordable price. Definitely the place you want to stay when visiting Budapest. Plus it's near a lot of great bars.

Booked a triple room on Booking, very nice hotel and especially central. On foot you can reach all the attractions of the city, both Pest and Buda. Too bad that in the leaflet they gave us on arrival it was written that the cleaning was carried out daily and the replacement of towels every 2 days. In fact the cleaning consisted of emptying the room baskets and giving a quick clean to the bathrooms (2 in our room). In fact, 2 days after arrival the towels were changed, after which no more. I had to ask the reception for toilet paper, because twice they had neither replenished it nor put it in the appropriate toilet paper holder. Disappointed already by the superficial "cleaning", one day, we see on our return to the hotel after a long day, that no one had passed in the room to arrange, clean and change towels (despite it being the day of the spare). There have never been remade beds. Although I personally went to ask to redo the room, no one came knocking and bringing at least some toilet paper that I had asked for. I'm disappointed and won't be coming back to this hotel (despite the location being excellent), but a hotel actually guarantees certain amenities that the customer expects to receive, as it pays and has to stay at its best, even in a three-star.
