I have been coming here since 2015! Never have I complained before. You treat customers like dirt. I ordered an omelette and it arrived under cooked, runny eggs, it was disgusting. I asked polity for you to swap it, you responded with "that is the way it is". I asked for a refund and was told "that is impossible" NEVER will I go back to your store. NEVER again will I recommend it as a good place to study to my students. Wtf.

Who write bad review about this place, need come back here again. There is new young employee. He is very gentle. Few hours ago, he welcomed me with good sense of humour and smile.
