Very nice hotel. Strongly don't reccomened locking the sliding bathroom door. It took quite a while to get out.

Amazing location right in the heart of budapest which made it so convenient for our trip. The rooms themselves feel pretty dated and the beds weren't very comfy. We were fairly happy with our choice for the price and the location, but if you want to spend more time in your hotel then there are probably nicer places.

Fantastic location with friendly English speaking staff. Rooms are basic but when you're on holiday in a city you won't spend much time sitting in the room (hopefully). Good value for money.

In such demanding area and strong competition of other hotels they should do better. If you're unlucky, your room has view to the very narrow street so prepare to listen to sweet rumble of the garbage truck at 6 o'clock. However, due to thin walls and thin door, you probably won't be asleep already :/ Poor hairdryers. Decent breakfast but just decent. Next time I'll choose another place, definitely.

Hotel qualitatively beyond our every rosy expectation, perfect in all, breakfast at the top with international proposal, staff prepared, affable and kind. The location is from 10/10!

I booked this hotel almost by accident, not really knowing how central it was. Practically attached to Deak Ferenc Ter crossroads of many means of transport, including the bus 100E which connects directly to the airport. The location so it is strategic to visit Budapest.
The hotel is extremely welcoming and elegant. The staff at the reception is very kind and someone also speaks Italian.
The room was clean and spacious as it appears in many photos already present on TripAdvisor. The breakfast is absolutely plentiful and caters to everyone's tastes. The staff continually supplied what ended up on the buffet.

Fantastic location, new hotel, really enjoyed our stay, lovely breakfast and very helpful staff, the receptionist helped us with directions and recommendations, will definitely be back.

The price of this hotel is amazing considering the location and the accommodations provided. Fairly large rooms, great breakfast, and a very knowledgeable/helpful staff. The beds were a little harder than I would have preferred but it's a brand new hotel and that was to be expected.

Excellent place to enjoy your visit in Budapest. Close to a Majority of bar, pub, restaurant, street food, Malls, etc. Visit it…! And most important thing… price are less than others.

Great centralized location to tour Budapest. Easy walk to public transportation and a local square with numerous restaurants to choose from. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and eager to please.

Location superb, breakfast was great, service was excellent. The only downside was room was smaller than expected. We also had problem with the water supply in the morning. No water when we needed to shower.

We booked 4 nights at the Exe Danube Budapest after careful search results of all alternative hotels. Having arrived to the hotel after 3 hours on the train from Vienna, we were told that, due to a water pressure problem in the district, we will be relocated to a sister hotel, the Eurostars Hotel. It's a good hotel but its rooms are way outdated. Although we had the taxi fare from the Exe to the other hotel covered by the people at Exe, no compensation was offered considering we were downgraded. A disappointing experience. I wish other travellers better luck.

The clerk told us our breakfast is included when we check in, but at the time when we check out, they asked us to pay for the breakfast. We look for our paper certifications in the luggage even we were so rush for the train. And when we finally find it, it's after 10 minute. And the clerks didn't check if they were correct while we split all the things out on the floor. When we show them the documents, they just slightly said sorry and like nothing happened. It's the worst service I had in Europe. Except for this, the room is fully-equipment, new and clean. Maybe the best in my experience in Europe.

Clean, cosy room (deluxe double) and excellent service from joyful people. The breakfast was by far the best I've had in a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is new and clean. I liked the breakfast, but if you come too late, you don't raschi'vfj on a rich assortment. And one small minus was seen in the cleanup. The new bed linen was all in the hair. But the hotel administration was able to get out of the situation, offering us free use of the mini bar and replacing the clean underwear.

The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful and clean.
