Quiet and family atmosphere, an amazing view and the attention of the staff is top notch! If you come to the east side of the island you have to visit The Reef House.

We had a great time with great food and excellent service. Diving was perfect.

A True Caribbean Resort. When you arrive by boat you can feel the relaxing vibe as soon as you step on the dock. Amazing food, super friendly staff, delicious drinks and lots of cold beer always served with a smile. Complete with a beautiful and relaxing wade pool and the most Amazing Snorkeling right off the wall. If you are looking for the real Caribbean feel then the Reef House is a Must do. It's our favorite on Roatan.

UPDATE: Keith called after I left my review and was extremely rude, hostile, and argumentative. Dont make the mistake I did and use this outfit for ANYTHING! Corona virus and the island of roatan closed to all air travel I had to cancel my trip and I was promised when I made my reservation that I could get my deposit back if I canceled in enough time however the reef house is now refusing to give me or anyone else in my group our deposits back because they are saying we are not coming they are not trust worthy and I will never use this company again buyer beware do not send them your money these people are crooks.

Had a great time doing my open water diver certification with Robert! Also, the staff is really friendly and always ready to help! Thanks for that awesome experience

LOVE the reef house! Great setting, old school non-resort resort. Laid back. Helped seal our decision to move here.

The greatest place on the Island, the best hosts on the Island and I will consider all of them as family. Davy,, rooster and Keith some decent people that play a good hand of dominos. While they are taking care of all your wants and needs.

This place well worth a relaxing moment. David and Keith hand down are awesome. This place is safe and the people they wonderful. Have a cuzin that stay 2 minutes away.

The location right on the water is amazing, great place to swim in a protected area and the food is exceptionally good. Quiet, well run business with friendly and helpful staff. Stay right there and dive with them too!

This is one of those hidden gems I almost don’t want to tell anyone about just to make sure we can always get in when we go back. This place is not fancy so if that’s your thing you should probably go to the West Shore. But if good people, good food, good snorkeling/diving, good conversation, good cocktails, good fun, good adventures and just an overall amazing trip are your thing than this is the place.

Great place to a week long worth of boat diving. Atmosphere is very laid back, you can grab a drink at the beach bar and suntan on the beach deck. The staff is great they will attend to you needs. The food they server was great. I could not ask for a better place to stay.

Super nice family oriented staff and boat/dive crew. It is remote and quiet. All the food is delicious, with locally grown fruits and veggies. Vegetarians are well taken care of.

Hey, I saw great reviews on diver's on ur resort, week ago. My questions to you are : the dive sites are locate in EAST side of island? I been in west end dove more than 15-20 times, so I like to explore new dive sites? can u give me ball park that the dive sites locations? thx.

We tried The Reef House Resort to get a feel for upcoming dive trips and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly and down home feeling. We stayed and dove 6 days. The diving was amazing. Not much pressure that far east on the island. The reefs were very healthy and alive. We saw seahorses, eels, drummer fish, groupers, a shark, frog fish, and all the small fish. The food was very good, and they cater to people with food allergies. We will be back again.

The Reef House is a great place to stay and dive. It was a little rainy this time of year, but your underwater most of the time. The food was unbelievable. And something different every meal. They take care of the people that have food allergies very well. The ground are smaller than some of the big resorts, but I like the smaller places. The resort is not fancy, but very personable. The staff are like family. I will definitely be back here.

What a sweet, sweet spot. Incredible setting, delicious food, wonderful diving, awesome staff, fantastic fishing. This place is a gem, highly recommend. They took terrific care of us.

Best dive operation on Roatan best place to chill.

If your a serious diver this is where you want to be. It's all about the diving. The rooms are clean and the staff is phenomenal. This is my second time here. New owners but no surprises. The ladies here can cook. You won't go hungry. Best dive sites. Best dive master and boat captain. Omar and Davit are the best.

Wonderful experience. They treated us very well.

The dive masters were both kind and experienced enough to handle the large group we had when the scuba club at my school went there over the summer.

We went diving here and they didn't check our cert cards. I didn't feel like they put our safety first. The sign says PADI but I couldn't find them registered with PADI online.
