We arrived without reservation around 20h30 after a terrible day and they gave us a room right away. Beautiful room for 2 with a clean and modern bathroom and a very good Wi-Fi.

It's walking distance from Lancha and quiet area. We enjoyed our stay. Just the chair in the corridor was not comfy, once you sat there 5 min your back hurts haha.

Great accommodation on good price. The rooms are big and clean, has hot showers and a kitchen. There are some stuff missing in the kitchen but basics are thete. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I stayed here when I went over to Santiago from San Juan to do the Quetzal-viewing trip with Atitlan Birding Expeditions. The guide booked the hotel for me and I did not have high expectations.

Good location alittle up from main town. Rooms are simple, but have everything you need. Warm shower, comfortable beds, space for bags, etc. Enjoyed my time here.

We just had a team of 23 stay at Hotel Pinocchio for a week and let me tell you that it was a wonderful experience. The staff are kind and helpful.
