Very nice place, the rooms are super comfortable and the attention very good.

Cute care, all clean, we're always going to stay there, and it is a family atmosphere, you get a kitchen, fridge, as you were at home.

This hotel is a very nice, cheap, safe and treated with kindness. Is in a very good location in Xela. And apparently according to the taxi drivers and local people, is one of the best.

This place is really nice… excellent room service… Excellent rooms… they have an open rooftop floor, there u have a nice view of the city. It's close to the park where u can choose of the restaurant to eat.

It was very sketchy and people were being loud all night, did not enjoy.

The manager was super creepy. He was bringing friends in late at night and they were all standing outside my group’s room. We could not sleep because we were very scared. I do not recommend. Do not come here.

The manager extremely creepy, and was standing outside of our room looking through the window in the middle of the night. This was very scary because he had keys to the rooms, and had made some of the women in our group feel uncomfortable when we checked in. He made us switch rooms because of a broken sink, later we found his friends having sex in that room. The entire night the manager and his friends were being incredibly noisy. It sounded like they were breaking furniture and it sounded like a woman was being repeatedly harmed, we barely slept because of this. On top of all of that, the rooms were dirty, hair in the bed AND BEDBUGS. The shower was cold and there was a lock on the outside of the shower which made it so you could lock someone in the shower. It was absolutely the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in.

Owner/staff was bringing in friends in the middle of the night, they were being very loud & left when we told him we weren’t able to sleep, ok Wi-Fi, no warm water, & dirty rooms.

Cheap more or less. You can't ask for more for the price. To spend the night well.

Central location, nice rooms and very good service. It offers parking but 2 blocks from the hotel and is very narrow. It costs a lot to locate the vehicles.

It is a comfortable place and does not suffer from cold. The downside is that privacy is reduced. Close to the park and places to visit. The Hotel managers are very hospitable.

A beautiful place just two blocks from the park, hot shower, even hairdryer have the rooms and the attendant is very friendly.

Isaac was very friendly. Price was really cheap and the location is great. Hotel needs some refresh, had a cold shower :D.

It has all the services and serve very kind but the bathroom is very small.

What poor service, I had a reservation for August 04, is the I made three weeks before to have no inconvenience, I was confirmed via wathsapp, after that I requested a change, I ordered two rooms, one for my children and one for my wife and for me, they confirmed me and sent it back to me by wathsapp, making sure there was no problem. Yesterday we met with my family and the modification was not made, I asked to speak with the administrator to know if he gave me any solution, to which I said the pseudo administrator (Jorge), that if I like good and if not he will withdraw and keep telling me, 'you know that, you better go", lousy service by the "administrator", because instead of looking for a solution practically made us. I regret this situation since on several occasions, with co-workers we stay at the traveler's house, which, as I indicated Jorge, belong to the same owners, when I was there the attention was careful, however on this occasion the service was disastrous. In the end we stayed at the Lunabela hotel, where we were treated wonderfully. I attach the screenshots to them, from the confirmations. Pd. The only attentive was the young man at the front desk.

Very competitive price. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The atrium is a great shared space and there is a roof terrace that offers a great views across the city. A bit of a negative was the amount of noise from staff family staff particularly in the early morning. The shared kitchen was dirty and surfaces greasy.

It is very nice owners very friendly and have a favorable prexio and this near the park certainly very good for ESTUDIANTESV travelers etc.

This hotel is located in the most romantic part of Quetzaltenango, ie in the historical center, just 1 minute walk from the Central Park, completely close to everything, restaurants, bars, nightclubs etc, and prices are the lowest in the region for a hotel of your Cate Goria.

Superb attention and it feels like home, very friendly staff, the best care from that comes to date. Thank you for your attentions.
