The parking of this place is very bad and worse the people q supposedly eat in charge of it and the worst are the owners q they go crazy when one claims and send their employees after making you wait a long time to q so desist from your claim and do not take care of the damages.

Do not stay here if you want good sleep. Being centrally located there is a lot of street noise. Along with the rooms picking up all the noise from the hallways. The staff is nice and the hotel is in good enough shape but to me the priority for a hotel is peaceful place to sleep. Not here.

Excellent deal, good and hearty breakfasts, and very clean. The bad: does not have a lift and you can touch the fourth floor, the bathtub of our room a little old. Everything else very well.

Good food and excellent location though a bit pricey. Great if you are not too adventourous, it's the good clasic local hotel.

I visited the hotel to eat the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. I was not impressed. The food that I ate was good, but it's not a buffet in the sense that you can serve yourself. There are servers serving all the dishes except the fruit plates. I had gone looking for sausage and bacon but the only meat selection was a plate of rolled up pieces of cold lunch meat ham. I have a lot of dietary restrictions so I was only able to eat two of the egg dishes and a little bit of fruit. The server attempted to push my chair in for me when I sat down. And told another server to bring me coffee. He hadn't even asked me if I wanted coffee. I hate coffee. I think the price was $88q.

Good place for XV years, the closure of thesis and emtre other activities in the living, rich food, private parking, instead of class.

Great place to stay in Xelajú. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms of a hotel of its category, the cosy atmospheres. The restaurant is large and serves national and international food at comfortable prices. He's got a big parking lot. Being located in the center, almost in front of the Central Park, puts it in a strategic place to go for a walk and delve into the history of Xelajú as you walk through its streets in the historic center. I would recommend it.

The internet is lousy. The rooms are comfortable, but the control of the TV is moored and it is very impractical to handle it.

The best hotel in Quetzaltenango, surrounded by history and friendly people… their facilities are perfectly suited for a good rest, business meeting or special events.

The staff is very friendly and Cortez, you can appreciate a huge tranquility in the place and the food is one of the best.

Suites are comfy and clean and anything you can expect from a top notch place. Probably the best place to stay in Xela. My only complaint is the breakfast which can be more generous given the price and the advertised status of this place. Supposedly they have a buffet breakfast only on Sundays which I thought rather unfair. Food is generally not very expensive in Guatemala and the prices of this place are very well on par with western hotel prices.

Good hotel for a business trip in Xela. Nothing fancy.
