The best place to visit Tikal, the facilities are in perfect harmony with the atmosphere and very good service. It really allows you to feel in the jungle but with all the necessary amenities, nice experience.

Of my best experiences! thanks to all his staff but above all to our guide Miguel who was wonderful. We took a tour with Miguel to Uaxactun and Yaxha peten, without a doubt of the best experiences in Uaxactun he explained everything about the solstices and history of this place, its vegetation and birds, Miguel the guide has a wide knowledge in everything about the history of the pyramids. In Yaxha wines all about. Insects, birds, plants and ruins. Here it looks beautiful the sunset you can see the lake is a wonderful experience.
In our tour of Tikal we saw the Mayan sunrise history of the place and its ruins and something very important that I love is the medicinal plants and he explains very well each of them, without a doubt he asks Miguel as a guide if you are interested in all these topics as I will not regret.
As for the hotel is nice, clean very friendly people and always willing to help. Thank you because it was a wonderful experience.

Destinations that one should visit at least once in a lifetime, better if they are more times. I loved the jacuzzi in the jungle suite. The ease of entering the tikal national park was great.

Spectacular hotel a step away from Tikal Park, the rooms are very nice and clean, worth every penny. The food in the restaurant is also quite good, the bar super cozy and every cocktail we tried are delis. If you manage to leave on any of the tours make sure you can do it with the guide Fernando; very enjoyable and the best thing is that he knew every detail about Tikal and made the 4 hour tour entertaining.

Excellent service a great experience with my partner! I congratulate you because from the food, cleaning, decoration all incredible. I want to point out on customer service. We were attended by Kevin and I want to congratulate the attitude of his staff all but he especially pleased us and supported us in everything! No doubt soon we returned 👌🏻😁 And not to mention the facilities we had the opportunity to see a family of monkeys that was a show in the pool area we delighted! 💯 points.

Throughout the hotel, and the place is magic, I only have words of appreciation! Amazing the two days that I spent in Tikal and all-in-Jungle Lodge has been perfect, highly recommended! And for the tour of the sunrise if your guide is to stop what you will enjoy butt!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend as lodging it does has it's drawback considering the electricity but that is what you get for the ability to stay and walk into Tikal. Food and service was middle of the road, but better than anything else I tried out there. Electricity is only during limited hours, but again your in the jungle. Internet access is only at the pool and in the main building. The bar is a great place to work at night and you get to visit with other travelers. They have a game room with a pool table/Foosball table etc. Great place to visit with other travelers instead of hanging out in your room on Facebook or TV. It forced me family to adapt and was good. Wow, this place is amazing! A high end hotel right in Tikal? The restaurant was amazing, as was our room. Wish we'd stayed more than one night.

Stayed two nights in early June, and it was an unforgettable experience. The Jungle Lodge is beautiful and has been recently renovated with a modern aesthetic which is quite comforting when you're in the middle of the jungle. We got the 2 bed Suite, it had a full bathroom including a tub and an outdoor shower. This place is right around the corner to the entrance of the park, local restaurants, and museums. Be prepared for no TV and no electricity during scheduled hours of the day. Wi-Fi is only available in the hotel lobby and pool area, not in the rooms. Service from staff was great, very friendly and wanted to accommodate. We had originally made our booking for 2 people but ended up bringing another person with us. We didn't need to change the room type, luckily, but we did pay an extra 30Q per night for the extra person.

The location of the Jungle Lodge is fantastic. Our room was wonderful — not ostentatious, but with a cool jungle adventure vibe. From our private patio (complete with jacuzzi tub) surrounded by trees, we could sometimes see monkeys high up in the branches. As noted, the power goes off on a schedule, which is actually kind of nice — at night you can sit in the dark and listen to the sounds of nature around you. The hotel pool is small, but nice, with a bar and a lovely sitting area under the shade. The monkeys swing by in the treetops from time to time. The lodge will arrange tours with private tour guides: We were SUPER fortunate to be assigned Tony Ortiz, an extraordinary, well-read, educated gentleman who speaks excellent English. He has tremendous knowledge of the site, history, politics, anthropology, archeology, socioeconomics… you name it. We took both the sunrise AND the sunset tours with him. He was so interesting to talk with as we toured the temples and grounds. If you are genuinely curious and interested in Tikal and the Mayan culture, ask for him by name! The front desk staff is sometimes a little distracted, but friendly. I had arranged transportation to and from the border with them, but that fell through. Thankfully, we had a Plan B — a private taxi driver named Eddie, who we found at Melchor de Mencos. He was very reliable, ready and waiting for us at 8:00 am on the morning we were leaving.

We stayed in the Suite and it was delightful! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was divine! I could not believe my eyes! We had a small backyard and it had a jacuzzi! When we first arrived they allowed us to check in early and they held our bags for us. I wish we had chosen or been offered to have breakfast/brunch in their restaurant since the place we went to was not very good. We had dinner at the hotel later on and the food was magnificent! The service was excellent, and they catered to our every need/desire. They noticed my Mom had a broken foot and they made sure to give her an accessible room. This Hotel has magically married that rustic adventurous charm, with all of the luxuries of a relaxing getaway. And it achieved it without feeling fake like most resorts I have stayed at. This hotel is a MUST.

Very nice hotel! The bungalows are sublime from day to night, in the rainforest, it's a whole atmosphere!

The main reason we stayed at the hotel was to be close enough to the park to enjoy the sunrise at 6am when the park opens. However, on arrival to the hotel we were told we now cannot enter the park at 6am because ticketing precedures have changed. A park ticket is now required for every day of your stay at the hotel. Also, the ticket office moved 30 mins drive away from the previous entrance location. This means we were stuck at the hotel in the morning, until the hotel sent someone to the ticket office with a car and back in the morning to buy our tickets. This is a complete disaster for us and our short trip, wasting our time. This should have been advertised properly on the hotel website. Additinally, we booked a collective shuttle from Flores airport with the hotel. We were in communication for months and days before our arrival and there was no mention that a park ticket is required to stay at the hotel. If we knew this beforehand, we would of planned our trip accordingly. … also they had no gin.

Perfect location to access the park. You need a guide to access the park for the sunrise and the was from the hotel was very good. Bathroom was dirty and electricity is cut from 22.30hrs until I do not know… I 'll suggest it for the location for sure.

Great place! Absolutely beautiful compound and at the entrance to the ruins. Restaurant is ok, I would recommend to focus a bit more on good and real local food rather than on fancy international dishes but service and drinks are great. Lovely bungalows with mosquito nets and lovely interior design. Would definitely come again!

Beautiful hotel, immaculate grounds, modern rooms with comfy beds! Be aware there is no A/C so you will likely spend lots of time cooling off in their lovely swimming pool. If you're sensitive to sleeping in heat, this hotel may not be a good option. But if you can bear the heat, then you are literally steps away from paths up to the ruins. My only other advice is bring small bills (10, 20, 50 quetzals, not just 100s) as they cannot add a tip to your food bill at the hotel restaurant, nor can they break bigger bills at the front desk.

Location, location, location! 2 minutes walk and we were in the national park. Room was neat and comfortable, monkeys in the lodge trees, helpful staff and a friendly environment in the restaurant.
