Avoid if possible. Staff were nice for the 2 minutes during check-in but after that, you were unimportant. Queued up for 20 minutes to pay my bill (as instructed by the front desk staff), only to be told 'you need to wait so others can be helped before you', after I explained I already waited to be served I was given serious attitude for the remaining 2 days we spent at the hostel. Food in the restaurant is overprice and of average quality, there are no facilities to cook/store your own food, so you have to eat out or use their restaurant. Tours were overpriced, and they use a ploy of saying if you don't book with us you run the risk of getting fake tour tickets, we shopped around and saved 25Q on tours per person, and 25Q on onward travel per person. Hostel is big and in areas within the hostel there are people smoking, even though signs up say no smoking.
