The rooms are very spacious, excellent atmosphere, only maybe I would recommend more variety of food and the price a little more comfortable.

Beautiful place all very hygienic, tidy the staff super friendly and attentive at all times. We hope to be back soon!

Customer service sucks, they offer benefits and they don't meet them, they force you to take a talk to promote their services and that one acquires as a membership that apparently lasts 35 minutes when in fact they last more than an hour. They offered a 15% discount on food and beverage consumption which was a lie, the staff is not in the same sintonia of what they offer and as long as they sell offer a lot of things that in the end do not provide them. In short I do not recommend it and it has been the worst experience I have ever had in lodging.

I called to use a promotion advertising 100 during the weekend through September and the lady at the front desk said it is no longer valid. I told her the promotion on the webpage says through September and it is September 16th and she said she didn’t care that it isn’t valid any more. It isn’t good business to not honor your advertised promotions. I was looking forward to celebrating my anniversary here this weekend. Now they say the promotion isn’t valid and there is a 2 night minimum stay I won’t be able to.

Good service and total relaxation.

Recommended the place, very nice to rest and spend a nice walk with family or friends, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The food is good, although a little high the prices.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed a lot, ample parking, facilities, super clean, beautiful swimming pool, the sea a few steps, good restaurant service, comfortable and fresh rooms. A trip of relaxation to give!

This place is beautiful! Great swimming pool right on the beach with a large shallow area for the kids. Good food and drinks accessible poolside. Room was generously spacious and clean. Very nice getaway spot.

Incredible place, quiet and a great place to relax.

It is a very little recommended, with a malisima administration, dirty, and sloppy besides carisimo. I made the mistake of going the last weekend and not cleaned or the pool and when I complaint they replied that it was not "just so" dirty. There was No room service, and in general for what they charge is a scam. Hurts pq do not appreciate to the national tourist who pays them and hojala not arriving aliens pq is a shame.
