We went with my family today to the restaurant and lousy service, they served us the food in a different way than requested, we made the observation to change the dish and they returned with the same dish where they only took away what we had not ordered, in a bad way and all watered. The person who claimed to be the manager was claimed to be the manager and in a very heavy way I answer that we were served the same dish that had already started to eat. Lack of professionalism, hygiene and customer service. We were even denied the diaco book. I look forward to the hotel and restaurant owners training and getting their employees in order.

One of the best beach hotels in Guatemala. Great food too!

A very good place to get away from it all… super quiet. The facilities are very nice, very clean. Account with three priscinas, and a jacuzzi. Right to the edge of the sea… very quiet place… the perfect place for a good rest.

Great landscaping, a good place for relacing.

Great way to end or trip to Guatemala. Four nights lazing around the pool, drinks, good food and a fantastic room with two king beds over looking the water. Staff spoke little English so my translator app worked over time! However the staff who spoke English always helped!

Very good service, clean and comfortable hotel. The food is very good, they have fresh products and different flavors, nice earthenware. A little high prices, but worth it.

My favorite place to rest at the edge of the beach… I love its atmosphere, the rooms very comfortable, the staff very friendly and the restaurant with dishes for the most demanding tastes.

Perfectly adequate, and better, for Small Planet types. Nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for plus, but nothing 5 star. My go to for the past decade plus. The cat's meow with no frills.

Nice beach Hotel, good food (a Póco face), the facilities, cleanliness and friendliness of first, the beach is the weak point, very broken and dangerous but beautiful to see it.

This is an ideal place if you wish to relax, enjoy the sound of the waves, and the beauty of the black sand! Come here only if you want to do much of nothing! Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Lunch and dinner options are not very extensive and a bit on the pricey side. ¡Este es un lugar ideal si uno desea relajarse, disfrutrar el sonido de las olas, y la belleza de la arena negra! Venga aquí solamente si desea hacer nada¡ El desayuno es sencillo y suficiente. Las opciones para el almuerzo y la cena no son muy extensas y su costo un poco elevado.

Loved the place, happy and friendly staff, location was stunning, clean and tidy. Our stay was late in August (2017) and missed the weekend and all local religious holidays (when it can get busy)

Pretty, but little expensive.

The place is beautiful. 3 pools there are huts and 4 rooms to a condo looking building. Only has one built they are building another. Stayed at the condo room. No electricity because the "town" was down for repair. Electricity cane back later (checked in around 10am came on at 12ish. Was fine until I woke up at 3am with no ac. By 430am went to see whats going on. Sae maintenence person and they didnt know the power was down in my building area everthing else was on. Town was good. Person couldnt fix it until the sun was out. So went to beach to cool off. Told reception didnt say anything but that it got fixed. My aunt is complaining to them too cause my niece was up half the night also. So hot in rooms. Other then that issue, its a nice resort. Dont know what will be the out come yet for the no power.
