➜ Very welcoming, privacy, cleanliness, perfect view, AC Excellent, food and her staff especially Melissa made us feel very good with her excellent service personality and smile, plus the location is perfect in front of the sea bars restaurants clubs and at the end of the main street, without a doubt we will return and we will recommend it to our friends abroad, an unforgettable experience.
➜ The place is a scam, everything dirty, the beds do not work, the bathrooms do not work, the staff does not serve and the supposed pool is dirty, not recommended at all is all dirty and full of moisture.

Many thanks to Michaela, the Owner, who took the time to introduce us to this wonderful establishment. New, clean rooms with the best view of the Pacific Ocean. Our second story room had the perfect vista, private pool and outdoor seating. The room was immaculate and nicely appointed. Melissa, Front Desk staff was friendly and provided us with great service. The included breakfast was delicious. There was terrific seafood dishes on the menu — we had mussels and concha. The proximity to all activities was perfect. We found ourselves sad to be leaving after our getaway from Guatemala City… we will certainly return to The Black Sand Beach House!
