It was another great experience with the hotel's clean rooms and with such accommodating, friendly and helpful people from front desk Gene to Nem the housekeeping manager. Keep it up!

The staff needs to be attentive on numner of people staying in the room. Towels stocks are not enough for both the room and outside pool or beach use. They are not also refiling toilet papers, so you need to ask. Also, the front staff is not helpful on providing information on tour available, so you will need to book by yourself in advance.

This Hotel was just right for us, the rooms are quite big, the beds are confortable, the Aircon quiet and the temperature perfect. We stayed there for 10 days. They have a loundry fantastic, a very good Gym and a 24/7 Shop where you can buy the necessary. The stuff is very friendly, the only negative thing was the cleaning stuff for the room has to improof a lot. The floor was mostly dirty and they sometimes did not clean or forget something. Pitty because this makes loosing some points at the Hotel. The Position of the Hotel is perfect.

My family and I, had such a memorable experience at Hotel Tano. That I won't ever forget. The staff out of all things were the greatest highlight of all. The first day I was greeted and assisted from Adrian and Placido Jr as we were parked in the front side of the hotel with our luggage's in hand and was not aware of the backside side parking and entrance, those two gentleman were so helpful and offered to take our luggage into the hotel so we can park in the main entrance parking. Things didn't end there. They got us connected with the front desk staff and helped us get checked in, brought our luggage's to our room and assisted with us getting settled. The very next day, I was greeted from an amazing front desk team of staff members, Ara, Gene, Derrick and of course Mr. Dino (always happy and ready to assist and engage in conversation with me). These individuals, didn't just greet me on the first day or just once in the morning. They were so consistent and friendly each and every time time my family or I went to the lobby whether we were leaving or arriving, they did it all day everyday and with a smile. Because of the amazing staff members, that is what made my stay special. In regards to the hotel and room itself. Overall, this part of the hotel was pretty ok, TANO SUITE size is awesome! There were just some small issues with outlet not working in kitchen, and shower handles falling off.

Hotel Tano was a very comfortable place to stay.
While some parts are a bit older, the housekeeping was excellent—they cleaned my room every day and set everything up perfectly.
The room didn’t have a spectacular view, but the staff's hospitality alone made it a wonderful hotel. Every staff member was lovely.
Special thanks to Dino at the front desk for arranging a complimentary one-hour late check-out for me! I forgot to ask for their names, but the other staff members were truly wonderful as well.
This was my first time staying here, but I will definitely book this hotel again starting next year!

Thanks everyone, the new year night for me and kids at hotel tano, makes memory for my kids they love the ac its super cold and love the shower room and the poolside so cool for them.

During our stay, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. On our first night, the staff kindly offered us a two-bedroom suite for the night. The following day, they checked the AC but were unable to fix it and suggested that we move to another room. The room we transferred to was amazing, and when we return, we will definitely request the same room again.

I had an amazing time at the Hotel Tano! I dont usually write hotel reviews, but as this was my first ever trip to Guam, I was really, really impressed by the high quality of the staff and the decorations and design of the hotel rooms.
Axel was the first staff member that I met, and he was amazing, not only was he a great front desk administrator (helping with any room issues and giving me advice for places to go visit on the island and eat) but he was actually the first Chamorro person I met on the island and he was a perfect introduction to warm and welcoming culture!
In the days that I spent at hotel Tano, I had no complaints, and wanted for nothing… As a traveler who has been to many, many countries and 100s of cities, hotel Tano offers rare high quality service for a great price. Will stay again everytime im in Guam. Also Heavy Hitters was a delicious restaurant that Axel recommend me, try the shrimp and chicken when you visit.

This place is trying REALLY hard to earn 2 stars. But staff are nice so 3 stars… where to start…
Took three days of emailing without response to arrange airport pickup… arrived at the airport and no car was there. Eventually arrived more than an hour late (it's a 10 minute drive). They ended up comping the ride so okay.
Rooms were cleaned some days and not others, even when requested. Phones didn't work so had to go to front desk each time to ask why room wasn't cleaned and no new towels (despite requesting) … this is a beach destination, need new towels and sand cleanup every day. Staff didn't seem to have much of an idea why a room would or would not be cleaned "it's not my department. "
Staff were friendly but seemed largely clueless about the hotel itself, guam, and basic management/customer service.
Now we get to the real crazy parts. After the front desk realized their shuttle would be busy when I needed an airport dropoff, they scheduled a taxi for 5am the day of my departure, confirmed multiple times, along with 4:30am wake up call.
The day BEFORE my flight I get a wake-up call at 4:50am saying my taxi is here… completely wrecked my day and was at both the wrong day and wrong time! My friend was supposed to receive a call as well and never received one.
So it's a decently located place, room fixtures are mostly new, but the whole place is under renovation and in need of additional reno. Staff are very nice but functionally clueless how to run a hotel.

Wow! So I celebrated my 30th birthday with friends at Hotel Tano, and we truly enjoyed our stay. 😍 The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a washer, kitchen, and a nice toilet and shower area. ♥️ The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable.
We also loved the cozy and well-maintained swimming pool. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. 💯

I stayed here for sightseeing. The location is great; it's within walking distance of Tumon Beach, and there's an ABC Store and Burger King right nearby. The room was a good size and the shower had plenty of water pressure. However, the restroom near the front desk had a strong, unpleasant smell and could use good cleaning. Also, there was no hot water when I tried to shower in the morning. Still, considering the price, it was a good value for the money.

This hotel is convenient to a lot of beech area shopping and food. It is fairly nice place to stay. Our room was clean but pretty crowded. We had the a couple double beds room.
Laundry on our floor just a few doors from our room.
Convenience store open 24 hours in the lobby. Has a nice variety of products.

The Tano suite was excellent value for money and very spacious with a kitchen and lounge area.
No breakfast service, and while there is a little convenience store that’s surprisingly reasonably priced the range isn’t great and it would be nice to have coffee or something in the lobby in the morning. Everything else was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tano. The front desk staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The room was good. The air conditioner worked really well, which is a must in Guam. There was no musty smell like I’ve had at other hotels on the island.
The location is in the middle of Tumon and there were restaurants and shops nearby.
There were some deferred maintenance issues around the property, but nothing serious.
Overall, I had a great stay.

Nice hotel, quite good location. Nice and helpful staff. The room was well furnished, efficient air conditioning, I was pleased with the bathroom equipment: from soap to shaving kit. Everything there.
The kitchen was averagely equipped. For us no problem, we ate outside.
What could be improved: cleaning.
And the biggest fail? : pool. Nice, good for swimiing, but unusable, you could see a lot of flies. They can't be gotten rid of. And I also didn't like the cigarette butts around.

Nightmare experience! On Night 1 of our stay at Hotel Tano, the shower door shattered with glass all over the floor. We had not even used the shower yet on the stay and were very lucky that nobody was in the bathroom or hurt at that time. Though we can understand this is not the staff’s fault, there was not a single apology for this accident which is extremely serious!
When we had changed rooms there was rarely any hot water and the air conditioning was also leaking and not working. These issues took 3 days to fix which pretty much meant we only had a decent room for the last night of our holiday…
When speaking with the manager, Alina, we were met with the worst attitude and complete lack of customer service! She did not have a single care for the guests or the experience and when expressing our upset and the problems with our room on the phone, she gave the response “Are you done talking now so that I can hang up. ” Absolutely shocking.
The rest of the staff were kind and friendly but Alina is a real liability to this establishment. She should not be in a manager position with her poor hospitality, which even her own staff agreed to.
The rest of the hotel was generally underwhelming compared to their photos online and theres still construction around. The pool area was also quite dirty and not well maintained.
I would avoid this hotel if you want to have a peaceful, enjoyable stay as this experience, especially with Alina, ruined our whole trip.

I stayed at this hotel last week for 4 nights. This hotel was by far the worst among all the hotels I had stayed in my entire life. There was no hot water and I called the front desk probably about 10 times to fix so I could take a shower. They said wait for little bit and they will send the technician to repair. No ONE showed up that night and I had to wait until next day. Finally someone showed up but the water was not hot. It just changed from cold to cool. I was so upset about their service. I even requested to change the room but the other room was same. No hot water. Moreover, I could not sleep at night because someone was dragging chairs and tables around upstairs all freaking night… every night until the check out. I visited Guam for a peaceful time but this hotel seriously ruined my vacation. In addition, TV wasn't working so I called the front desk again. Two people showed up to fix it but they couldn't figure it out… I mean seriously? I will definitely never visit this hotel and if anyone sees my review please do not make a mistake and ruin your valuable time.
