Katharos Villas was home for my fiancé and I this past week. We were sad to leave! The staff and owners were so hospitable each and every day! Thank you all for making our trip so comfortable and special! Fresh fruit by the pool, refills on our sunscreen (we quickly went through two bottles), Angela even helped Brian remedy his sun burn he got the first day. Francesco even met us at 5am this morning to make sure our shuttle came and to say goodbye. Katharos Pool Villas is ab…solute paradise, and in a very private location. You could even get a private massage, mani/pedi delivered straight to your room‍♀️ Within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, Katharos beach, and even to the stairs leading to Oia’s iconic village. We will want to come back and visit this establishment really soon!

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful place in May with my friends. The structure is beautiful, the apartments are 2 floors, very spacious and really have everything: 2 bathrooms, spacious rooms, kitchen equipped with all utensils and a swimming pool! The owners are very kind, they helped us with directions to see the most beautiful places on the island and also the cleaning lady was always present, friendly and very attentive. The villas by the way are a 10-minute walk from the center of Oia, so the car only served us for longer trips. It was a wonderful holiday and I recommend to everyone these wonderful villas!

Wonderful stay at Katharos Villas! They go way above and beyond the normal standard of service and hospitality. Alessandro and Francesco were the nicest, kindest, and most helpful people I've ever met. They treated me and my wife like family. Me and my wife were there on our Babymoon trip and first off, they arranged a complimentary ride to pick us up from the airport at 12:30AM and take us to the villas and Alessandro met us at 1AM to welcome us and check us in. We were so impressed with them from the start. Then on our first day there my wife suffered some trauma to her eye and Alessandro dropped everything and rushed us to a doctor in town and waited with us throughout the appointment and then brought us back. The next morning my wife needed more medical attention and he drove us all the way to the hospital to look for an opthamologist which they didn't have there so he took us to another private clinic and then finally came across an opthamologist at the third clinic we went to that day. They helped us out big time and my wife could have suffered permanent damage to her eye if it wasn't for their help. We are eternally grateful for them for their kindness and help in our time of need, especially since we were in a foreign country and didn't have the means or access to healthcare. They also arranged other transportation and an ATV rental for us as well. They had it dropped off for us and picked up for us so we didn't lift a finger and they took care of everything.

We arrived and thought we got into heaven. Both the villas and the service was amazing and I highly recommend this hotel which is basically a whole unit to yourself. It is very important to have a good stuff and this hotel has it. Will definitely come back again!

Feel at home. Very friendly staff, helped us with everything we asked. The location is very beautiful, less then 10 minute walk from Oia. Very clean room, very clean bathroom, good hot shower. Amazing breakfast full of delicious foods. Recommended ;)

An amazing place where you can appreciate the real magical atmosphere of Santorini, everything in the villa is fabulous and full of details. The staff is amazing, friendly and ready to help you in every situation. I love you Katharos Villas, see you soon!

In Santorini, Cave hotels are a plenty but there is one villa that anyone visiting OIA should Definitely stay in. Here’s what so special about Katharos Pool Villa 1) Best hospitality ever number one important factor in any hotel– there is so much care and concern from the owners of the villas. The brothers Frances and Alex were so helpful, attentive, obliging and all smiles and such a warm feeling staying in this property. Angela helped to maintain the cleanliness of the villas so well. 2) The fabulous breakfast! Probably one of the best breakfast/food I have ever eaten in my life. The croissants, the egg omelette and fruit yoghurt were all home-made and prepared with so much love for their guests and they are so good with cooking they should also open a restaurant too gosh. 3) The ample space and a private pool. It’s just a short walk to the main town but you get A lot of space and a beautiful pool to lounge and relax away from the crowd. It is a very exclusive feeling 4) For anyone who appreciates interior and exterior design. The pool is a beautiful blue and it lights up at night like a sapphire a beautiful contrast against the spotless white exterior of the villa. The owners designed the interior beautifully and everything is very clean and well kept. The view from the villa of the mountains and scenery from our patio is relaxing The villa fits 4 perfectly. I travelled with my family. The hospitality from the owners of this villa is priceless.

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was amazing! The staff was excellent, and the location is perfect. When we go back we will definitely not look at all and just stay here. Stop looking now and just book it if it is available!

Customer service is outstanding here. They treat you so well. Probably the best customer service and care I've ever experienced. I've been to many other hotels worldwide, and they easily surpass even the Ritz Carlton hotels in service! Really happy with our stay here. They really go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable. Thanks Francesco, Alessandro, and Angela! If we ever come back to Santorini, this is the place we'll return to.

We had an amazing stay at Katharos. Alessandro, Francesco, and the whole family are the best hosts and Angela keeps everything spotless! So nice and caring with great advice about the island adventures! We definitely have some new friends in Santorini. We didn't want to leave the villas or the pool some mornings… it's just beautiful :)

Loved the apartment, location relaxing but close to village. Family who run it are lovely, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

This place is the best! You won't be disappointed at all. Take my words for it. This is perfect place top take it all away. Great escape. Highest level of customer service will be provided! Kitchen is well equipped and provided for your cooking needs. Fridge is daily restock with eggs, milk, juice, cheese, turkey/ham, assorted spreads, k-cups, tea. Feels very Greek living in the villa!

Nice place, located in a quiet area of Oia, Cicina to the beach of Katharos and the Bay of Ammoudi. Comfortable houses equipped with all comforts, place definitely recommended.

I love everything from this place, the ambience is just perfect! the people that works here is really friendly, the service is pretty good, I will come back to this hotel, Santorini is such as beautiful place.
