I absolutely LOVED this place! The views are completely perfect! You can see the sunset right from your porch! It was also dark enough to star gaze at night! It was so quiet and peaceful. We stayed in the Pearl. Hot tub was great, love that it is built in. The inside of the villa was nice. You have a full kitchen which we used to cook breakfast one morning! Our TV wouldn't work properly but who wants to stay in and watch TV in such a beautiful place! There was some problems with the electricity going out twice for a little while but didn't cause us any problems. It is located enough distance from town to be away from the rush but close enough to be able to walk (it is a lot of uphill though so be prepared). The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help with anything you need! Their prices at the bar are a little much for just a soda or water so I'd suggest stocking up from the local market. Overall this is an amazing place to stay and I would 100% highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful peaceful vacation.

Exceeded my expectations, the villa, the pools and the complex. The sunsets from the resort looked spectacular. Everything in the villa is excellent and very clean. My wife and family were also surprised and very happy to be in this villa complex. The manager in charge was an excellent host making our stay more enjoyable. When we return to Santorini, I would not hesitate to request this resort again.

The property is aesthetic but the location could not be worse. It's very far from Oia's main area. Also, the staff is quite rude and unpleasant. Kelly (one of the staff members) was very stubborn and we also were subject to racism here. The rooms are really bad and are in the basement with no ventilation. Also, it seems like a ghost property with rarely any guests in the peak season. I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would strongly discourage people to book this.

This is a great development over looking the coast with some wonderful views. Each individual chalet is a high quality building, with lost of facilities and very well appointed. Staff keep it spotlessly clean. Great swimming pool and bar area — no restaurant but the staff will take an order it and deliver it from a local restaurant — nice food. Be aware that the upstairs room is a mezzanine type design and has a narrow / steep stair case not suitable for elderly or the young. Active kids will love it. The resort is probably not suitable for anyone with a significant disability. Quiet development which even when full still feels it has plenty of space. Great for kids of most ages — unless you have teenagers looking for night life and then it is a taxi ride away — and back. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the owners are lovely and also very helpful. Great place to go if you want to chill out and have a restful holiday. We had a great time and would definitely return.

We liked very much the location, the view and the villa, as well. Everything was as been at the photos and the service as agreed. We definitely could visit this villa again and of course we propose it.

We had an amazing stay at the Swinging Sunset villa! Kostas was amazing and always available to find us the best deal or help us out with any issues we had. I highly recommend the swinging sunset villa. There is a hot tub and a very nice pool. We had the best view of the sunset in Santorini. It is definitely value for money.

I am a very frequent traveler, I never take the time to rate a hotel due to my busy schedule, but I felt compelled to rate this property, the service was outstanding, the host was amazingly helpful, housekeeping not only cleaned the room when we went out in the mornings, but they also came while we were at dinner and tidied up the room and washed any dirty dishes. The villa was very comfortable in a great location with an amazing view of the Santorini sunset directly in front of the villa. Very good value for money, I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful villas, the interior of the villa is amazing with two floors and a small bed on attic which is very nicely decorated l. The view of the villas is spectacular. The rooms and the jacuzzi were very clean. Amazing service by the staff. Overall its worth the money to stay here!

Great Vilas, best place to see sunset.

We chose the villa swinging sunset and we did not regret our choice. The place is sumptuous, the staff very welcoming and always at your disposal. We will not hesitate to come back to see you. Thank you.

What made this place extremely special was the staff — bespoke service and felt like we were looked after very well by Dimitri, Iros and the team. Host/s: Our check in tour by Iros where she gave us a lot of tips and helped us with so many grocery orders and transfers throughout our stay. We then met Dimitri who was the absolute best — from helping us organise a private boat tour, recommending the best gelato to making sure we are well fed through his great recommendations were true signs of a villa that was run with exceptional leadership and quality. They're both super fun and very helpful. Villa: we stayed in the Emerald villa in a group of 6. Everything was perfect and there was even a smart TV for Netflix by the sunset. The villa had a jacuzzi which had fantastic views. The place was well maintained, very clean and had great air conditioning. Location to Oia centre: ~10/15 minute walk from the villa but there is a route that enables you to get there. The road is on the rockier side, however with caution and the right shoes — it is very convenient. Other notable comments: fantastic stay with very clean facilities, well maintained pool and sun beds. Only feedback is, for the premium price we paid, the villa did not come with washing detergent, etc. However, with the quality of service we received from Dimitri and the team — we couldn't fault it one bit.

Great place, amazing apartments and awesome people. We stayed for four nights and their service was one of the best I've ever experienced. Totally recommended!

Oh it was a really amazing experience. The villa is so nice, you can go to Oia from villa in 15 minutes on foot. The holder is also a really good man, he suggested two restaurants to us, they were really good. The price is also good, you can see the sea in the yard. All in all, if you wanna stay in Oia, Sunset Villa is the best option!

Our kids love Dimitris, who is in charge of this place, sooooo much. Dimitris is so nice and offered so much assistance to us. The sunset is unbeatable with the Jacuzzi. 100% recommendation! Definitely come back again if we get back to Oia by any chance.

We decided to skip the over crowded tourist hotels and give Oia Sunset Villas a try. Stay comfortably with friends or even live it up at the big villa with your own pool! But we can't complain since we used our private hot tub every night since coming here. Each villa has a full kitchen which comes stocked on arrival with everything you order. Pretty cool little place, we will be back in the warmer season!

Very authentic and beautiful Villas. Hot tub and amenities were serviced every day and everything was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the views are to die for! If you're looking for a place to stay I definitely recommend Oia Sunset Villas!

The perfect getaway is Oia Sunset Villas! From the views of the Aegean Sea, to the incredible Oia Sunset, right to having an entire house to yourself, this was the perfect way for us to have our first experience in Santorini. Marcos is amazing & helped us booking tours as well as making sure we had everything we needed to make our week long stay spectacular! We stayed in Villa Pearl and the authentic Greek decor really made our stay extra special. It was enough to remind us we were in Greece, but made us also feel at home with the amenities. I can't say enough great things about our stay here. I would 10000% book again! :)

Somewhere in the between of the busy center and the infinite azure is located an excellent, comfortable and quite enough complex of fully equipped villas. We stayed for a week in the “EMERALD” villa, the first one. Its view from the lovely terrace was spectacular and our privacy was quite respectful. The owner Mr. Marcos and his wife, Mrs. Natasha, are more than helpful and friendly and the staff is attentive enough. All of the villas are spacious with cozy rooms and most of all clean. The facilities, the outdoor area and the common spaces are neat and commodious. However, its uniqueness resides in its contradiction; despite the fact it can offer you a romantic break, it’s absolutely suitable for families. Thank you for your great hospitality and the lifetime memories.
