Very nice place, cozy, quiet with nice sea view. You dont have to go to sunset in Oia where are lot of annoying tourists you can calmly enjoy it here on your apartments balcony! You can also prepare your meals in the apartments kitchen or you can order breakfast from the staff for 5€ / person. Hotel has friendly staff, they are cleaning your room everyday! You have lot or parking places. Unfortunately Wi-Fi is only in the reception and its too slow. Having a scooter or Quad rented is a must due to its position but also a bus stops directly in front of the hotel. But overall a really nice experience.
I really liked this minimalist room. It's located right down the hill from town. A nice walk or bus stop right across from hotel or scooter ride (get your international license! ). Staff is really helpful and room is spotless. My only issue was the towels. They were unusable. Like 24 grade sandpaper. I hope they can fix that. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Pick up from airport available for a fee.

Had to wait over an hour to check-in even though we arrived after the check-in time. It was very noisy in the morning with loud banging noises coming from the wall (I'm assuming it was the cleaner), the pillows were so thin that it's basically like you don't have them… Also there's no Wi-Fi in the room and the shower is one of those that you hold but the shower curtain isn't long enough so you end up with a puddle in the bathroom. On the upside, the location is great if you want to spend most of your time in Oia and the room is very spacious for a budget room. Also, you can see a nice sunset across the road.
