This place far exceeded my expectations! The views, the room, the breakfast, and the staff were exceptional! Excellent and convenient location. Quiet and peaceful. The complementary shuttle to Fira was a plus! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Santorini!

I was treated like a Queen! The service was excellent and the spa was amazing. I was surprised with a birthday cake, which happened to be my favorite, chocolate. It was the best I’ve had and so decadent. On the day I left I needed an iron last minute and a staff member retrieved and pressed my dress for me. They also assisted with obtaining last minute info about my ferry and transportation to the port. They really do strive to give excellent service. I will be back!

In a word, stunning! You won’t regret staying here. From the moment we arrived to the rather sad point when we had to leave, our experiences were first-class. We stayed in room 118, it’s one of 4 private 2 story apartments with both a balcony and pool. The view will quite simply take your breath away and the sunsets are out of this world. Petite Palace is a quiet little haven of peace and tranquility tucked up in the hills overlooking most of the beautiful caldera. Attentive and thoughtful staff tended to our every needs whenever we needed them. We enjoyed one of most memorable 6 course meals of our lives curtesy of Chef George and his amazing team, fronted by Konstantinos. Thank you both for an unforgettable candlelit evening by the pool!

Had a great vacation stay here. Staff members Ares & Christina were really friendly and helpful throughout. The location is perfect, 5min away from Fira. Plus the view is breathtaking. Would recommend to anyone.

5 Stars. Amazing is not enough word to describe this hotel and the service they provide. Christina, Ares & Marina running the front desk are simply amazing. Everything you need they will provide, customer service at the top. The beauty you wake up to with that view is out of this world. We will definitely be back. Beautiful Views from this hotel and Fantastic Service! Absolutely everyone was extremely helpful, nice, and funny. Super accommodating to giving us blankets at 12 am so we can enjoy the local wine to so it’s 10 out of 10!

The word is FANTASTIC 5 star love it so much, from the staff, they are very courteous and very friendly. The presentation of the food I gave them a 5 star. We loved this hotel. We upgraded to a villa room from DeSol and it was incredible. Views were great, room was great and our maid (I can’t remember her name but she was from Armenia) was lovely. All the staff including Marina, Kristina and the gentleman (who is also on the desk at reception) were so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if I returned to Santorini. (Only thing I would change is for them to replace the fridge and sun lounger cushions as they look a little worn). Thanks all.

Petit Palace boutique hotel has fantastic volcano and aegean sea view. We enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant with watching the sunset. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast were good too. Thanks for arranging taxi and preparing take away breakfast for our early departure to airport. The only thing we were not satisfied was the shower nozzle’s hook on the wall, it was loose so shower nozzle can’t be set with a right direction therefore you had to use one hand to hold the shower nozzle which wasn’t convenient.

Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms, breathtaking views. They have a spectacular chef and this is by far the best food we have had at any hotel in a country where hotel food is usually of a very high standard anyway.

All staff go out of their way to not only accomodate your every request but to give that little extra. On arrival we got a lesson on the history of the island and given a free massage which was fantastic and greatly appreciated after a week of sight seeing. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. A great feature is that reception operates 24 hours a day and nothing is too much trouble. The best feature is the friendliness and smiles from ALL the team are genuine which more often than not is not the case with hotel staff. 6 out of 5 stars is the score.

This hotel was beautiful and had amazing views over the caldera. We stayed in a room with a private pool. The room & balcony were incredible! Staff were super friendly & helpful. There was so much choice for breakfasts & they’ll deliver to your room free of charge so you can enjoy on your balcony. Lunch/dinner menu wasn’t massive, but the food we did try was very good. The hotel is about a 30 walk to Fira, the hotel do provide a shuttle bus included, but they only run about every 2 hours.

Such an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel overlooking the stunning Caldera. The view from the hotel is breathtaking with the most incredible sunsets every night. The staff made our stay so special, nothing was too much trouble. We spent two days travelling around the island visiting the sites. We were definitely positioned well to see everything. Hotel Manager Greg was the perfect host, offering great tips and recommendations of the island as well as making us laugh with his great humour. We were incredibly impressed with his recommendation to eat at Fino restaurant in Oia, as the food and experience was out of this world. We are already planning our next trip back! Thank you to Greg and all staff at Petit Palace for making our trip so special.

In all honesty up until the moment we walked into our room I thought there had to be a catch the pictures were too good to be true. There was no catch. The rooms are huge the view is breathtaking, the entire facility is very nice. It is a decent ride to get to Oia on a scooter (about a half hour) which we ended up making every day but that's part of the fun. The plus is it is in the center of the Caldera so you can get to either end in the same amount of time.

Absolutely recommended. Super view from the private balcony and a beautiful cave room hides behind it in the mountain. The staff, especially at the reception, were extremely helpful and helped us quickly and competently in organizing catamaran tour and quad rental. We felt completely comfortable. While picking breakfast is a little awkward, the restaurant has perfectly managed to accommodate even the smaller special requests.

Superbly beautiful place! Here, all wishes are fulfilled. We took the offer was to join a day catamaran tour. Everything was easily organized for us, from pickup to return to the hotel.
The tour is absolutely recommended! With the price of €100, 000, every € is well invested! The tour includes a 5-hour tour on the water. The catamaran is large, even with about 15 – 20 people on board. You get fully catered for, the food is great and there's good wine and everything your heart desires. The crew is super nice.
Petit Palace offers typical cavernous rooms with private balconies. Beautiful! Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.
I also recommend renting a scooter or quad and brewing across the island;) Costs €20-40 depending on strength. It's really worth it!

What a beautiful hotel. My husband and I met in a job in hospitality for a large hotel chain — this is 5 star treatment. Don't let the 4 stars fool you otherwise.

This is one of the best hotel properties one can stay in such a holiday destination. I will recommend this to anyone going to Santorini. The best part of the hotel is its spectacular ocean view and the sun-set. The only negative part is that it is about 15-20 mins drive away from the main city center.

This is a lovely little hotel where the scenery is amazing and so are the staff. We received such a warm welcome and nothing was too difficult for the staff to do to help us. Our room was very clean and suited us perfectly. The bathroom was a good size and again suited our every need. The hotel restaurant were amazing with my dietary requirements, every meal we had there they remembered and catered for me which made the holiday. The pool area was lovely with towels provided and there was always a sunbed free. We had a a amazing time and want to revisit again.

I give it 3 stars because for a 5-star hotel I definitely expected better facilities and service. The view is what you pay for at this hotel, it is stunning and the restaurant staff is also very professional. Instead the rooms are not great, especially the bathrooms which in our case only had a tub with occasional ants walking around. It was very uncomfortable taking baths there. The towels by the pool were stained which is OK for me but not for a 5-star hotel. The reception's staff is a bit overwhelming with daily questions whether I would "recommend the hotel to a friend". At one point these questions were just bothering me personally. Also lady who tries to sell you a massage every day by the pool was very pushy, this ruined my image of the hotel which made it come across as if they want to squeeze out every penny out of you while you are there.

The staff are wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and a super comfy bed. The views — fabulous! My only criticism, there is no kettle with mugs and tea and coffee in the rooms. But this is Greece, not the UK.

Too many amazing qualities to mention. Friendly and personal. Amazing view. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk to town. Great cocktails. Breakfast on the balcony was so memorable. Can't wait to return!

We stayed here for 4 days in May 2016. Everything was well done. No complaints about anything. It is about 2.5 Km from Thera but they run a shuttle bus service and a taxi is only Euro7-8. Thera has some good and very reasonable restaurants well worth a visit. The in house restaurant is also worth a visit.

Simply Amazing… The place is a true Palace, it's exactly and even better in reality. The staff are totally awesome, very helpful and truly delightful. The rooms are equipped with everything and have the best bathroom ever… breakfast in room service is served with elegance and on time.
Most of all the view/scenery is just beautiful / Sunset amazing.
What more can I say. I will be coming back here again and truly highly recommend it.

Likes: We loved everything about the hotel! 1. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak very good English, 2. Every room gets an amazing view of the sea and the sunset, 3. For breakfast there is a very wide range of items for you to choose from, the amount of choice is unbelievable, and you can choose to have it in the restaurant or in your room, 4. Lovely pool area for swimming and chilling out, 5. We had a huge jacuzzi in our room for a nice bath! Dislikes: It took us quite a while to find the hotel. We were told there is a shuttle bus that would take us from Fira town to the hotel, but the bus stop was very hard to find and at the waiting point there wasn't any sign at all to say this is the stop for the shuttle. The shuttle buses are also only every 2.5 hours so you really have to plan your schedule carefully. But if you are happy to pay for taxi or airport transfer or if you're driving your own car then the hotel is easy to find and this shouldn't be a problem.
