Could not recommend this hotel enough, lovely & clean, staff was absolutely amazing could not do enough for you, very polite helpful & friendly made our holiday a great experience, reception Jerry was a great guy so helpful & always smiling & restaurant manager was such a delight to meet for breakfast lunch & dinner kind warm man who also made our last evening meal brilliant with friends we met with Complimentary bottles of wine on our table, also manos the bar man was a great guy who made them cocktails to perfection, will definitely be returning next year. I can’t understand why this is a 3 star hotel it’s more like a 4/5 star ⭐️

Very poor and dirty hotel. No covid safe measures to the height. A 4* reservation for 1 week.
Arrival on July 21st 9pm: the reception offered me 2 rooms already occupied before offering me the 713.
I left the next day.
At 11am without despite giovanna's benevolence.
I am still waiting for the return of the 18 euros out of 21 paid for the tourist tax.

Absolutely amazing place, great pool bar, the guys work effortlessly through out the day in the hot heat. Brilliant water park area, friendly lifeguards to chat too also. Very clean and spacious buffet area, with a seating lounge with great views of the mountains. Friendly staff who work in the buffet area, right on top of cleaning constantly, even more so now due to COVID. Rooms are so big and clean, everything and everyone are amazing. Also a handy little shop with literally anything you need during your stay. The girl who does the evening shift at the reception shop is very kind and friendly. Jerry at reception is a very nice guy who I went and spoke to literally every night. He always makes you feel comfortable and makes the effort with you all the time. He is a genuine great person who really makes you feel welcome. He is so respectful and a really really bubbly bloke. He is always asking you how you are and what you’ve been up too. Really hoping to see the same people again next year 10/10 for me. Incredible place.

Had a lovely family holiday. Due to the situation the world is in at the moment, I feel that the hotel done it’s best and it didn’t really affect our stay. The staff were so helpful and lovely. The hotel was very clean tidy and a nice place to stay x I can’t wait till I return x.

Loved every minute of stopping here the staff were so friendly and helpful, and brightens my morning every day and every night great place to stop.

Just arrived home. Lovely holiday. Very COVID safe. Lovely child friendly staff. Fab pools and slides. Clean rooms.

From start to finish it’s been an amazing holiday :) all the staff are polite and helpful, the food is bang on and there is plenty to choose from so you’ll always find something you like, Nothing was any trouble at all. We had a fabulous week! Everywhere around the hotel was fresh, clean and well looked after. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Kenny was a joy to deal with in reception, the snack bar staff were efficient and happy (despite seemingly never having a day off! ), the restaurant staff were working hard to keep the tables cleared and food available (and the food was delicious and varied).
The Animation Team really made our holiday enjoyable — fabulous bunch of young entertainers… especially Tabata, MoMo and Fabio — never a dull moment!
The hotel water park kept the kids (and adults) happy every day.

Get here as soon as you can … you won't be disappointed hotels very clean facilities are excellent staff are all brilliant. The foods food which is all edible entertainment ok. The drinks are doing what they should do… beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. Two pools on site. If there is any negativity towards this hotel I think you shouldve stay home.

Friendly and helpful staff. The food selection was very good for all inclusive. The waterpark made our holiday.

The hotel we booked at wasn't open, no communication from love holidays but after a dreadful start I can officially say I had a great 6 days at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Rooms clean and maintained to a good standard. Staff are more than friendly and always have a smile on their faces, restaurant had enough food to satisfy most people.

Convenient location to tour the island. Upon arrival the room is not available for error reception and then transferred to another hotel without any support. Cleaning of the rooms poor and very little maintenance. Rooms on the ground floor with only the tent completely blind — to avoid. The cuisine of the middle low quality. Nice water park for children and families, even if I have not attended. Entertainment is valid and non-invasive.

Actually at the hotel at time of writing review. Food absolutely awful. Even ran out of butter with 45mins of breakfast service to go and was told there wasn't any left. On the plus side hotel is clean and tidy and staff friendly but definitely won't be coming back. I have family who live locally and actually know the hotel owner and when asked about the food he said he won't be inviting any English people anymore. To be fair to him it was said tongue in cheek but it wasn't really the response I was looking for.

Very clean and tidy with beautiful grounds, very friendly helpful staff and an Amazing animations team a big thanks to Mikal, Amine & Tabatha for making a very memorable holiday. The food does on occasion let the hotel down a little but you get what you pay for and it is great value for money.

Tired hotel. Restaurant food is fair. Local staff are excellent, shipped in staff do their job. Room was clean although we were in the 400 block which is very near the sewerage works and stinks! No indoor bar area. Outside bar is good. They should consider using better quality plastic glasses as the ones they use they throw away. A big waste.

Lovely animation team who aren’t pushy, the bar staff are also amazing, could do with new sun beds though.

Just returned from a week at OG all-inclusive resort. I've had extensive experience with resorts in my life and yours was one of the best ive ever been to for the price, great value for mony. We apprciated a sea-view room which was near perfect for our needs (the shower door needs repair). The quality and variety of food was quite good and we ate very well. However, I am writing to inform of the performance of the bar staff and particularly the animation staff. At the bar Petra did her job, efficiently and always with a smile, and the bar manager was bang on, multi-tasking while managing less experienced battenders well. As for the animation staff, I hope they are considered for a raise in salary because they are amongst the very best ive seen, rivaling those in Club Med! Andrea, Elania and Julia were outstanding in every way but how they worked with the kids is what really stood out and thus really made our first family vacation a fantastic experience. Thank-you. We returned from our holiday at the Olive Garden Hotel early hours this morning. Despite some poor reviews I have to say we had an amazing time. The staff were exceptionally good, the bar staff were very friendly, the reception staff were helpful and the entertainment, aka Animation Team were fantastic. My daughter is 11 years old and she thoroughly enjoyed the shows and made a holiday bond with the members of the animation team. On the downside a few items went missing from our hotel room, including a new bottle of No. 7 foundation which I had bought especially for the holiday and a mini manicure set which we purchased whilst in Lardos town. I reported this to reception but I didn't hear back from them regarding the matter. On the whole we had a fantastic time, we witnessed our friends getting married at Lindos chapel which was a beautiful day. We would definitely return to the hotel for another holiday!

Rooms ok and clean, bathroom ok but shower was not cleaned regularly so there was hair in the plug hole from previous occupants. Endless problems with the aircon, Wi-Fi didn't work. Food was not the best, poor quality. Animating team was great! Especially Andrea, the pool was great, all inclusive drinks were budget quality but hey ho.

Just returned from a 12 night stay from the Olive Garden. Was part of a large group consisting of 12 of us. Age range spanned from aged 8 up to 70! We all had a great time, animation team were very friendly but some of the shows were better than others, I feel they done the best they could do with what they could work with. Team Giulia and Andrea made us most welcome. I read some past reviews and was worried about the food but could not fault any of it. The chefs worked hard and provided good quality food for what you are paying for. If you want a la carte, go to an a la carte hotel. Different choices for lunch and dinner. Kids loved the pancakes! Rooms could do with more wardrobe space but you're only in there to go to sleep and wake up! Cleaned daily which was great for us bar staff friendly once they got to know you — and will serve more than 2 drinks at a time which some all inclusive don't! Good range of drinks available which included sambuka! Great having ice cream available each afternoon — try vanilla with coconut liquor only downside is that the hotel is not within walking distance to the town other than along the beach but does have a good bus service which is cheap. Beautiful place. Helpful staff. Food okay but slightly let the experience down. Booked a twin room and got a double… mattress was poor. Overall a lovely place.

My ex-husband and our 7 year old daughter stayed here from 30th May 2017 for a week. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. Mary on reception is helpful, friendly and sorts out any queries/jobs asap, all with a gorgeous smile. The main pool bar was open from 11.00am — 11.00pm and bar men, Gianni and Emil, were super friendly and very efficient, even though sometimes working alone with no break and quite a few people to serve all at once. Our room in th…e family block (707) was spacious, TV, Aircon and Safe all at no extra cost. Two double beds, spotlessly clean, maid service fantastic. The "Animation Team", Andreas, Julia, Elena and Chris were the highlight of our holiday. At first we thought they were a little overwhelming, but their energy, friendliness and passion for their jobs is infectious. They work tirelessly to entertain holiday makers and their children. My daughter did not want to leave them and had her photo taken with all of them before we left. This team work so hard from dawn till dusk, they deserve a medal. Pool area very clean, always able to get a sunbed, no matter what time of day. And OK yes, plastic glasses are used but not much of hindrance when the safety of children and babies are the reason. The village of Lardos is a 20 minute walk away and is very quaint. The people are very friendly and also there are some fantastic restaurants, especially Roulas. There are two particular bars that are great, "Yammas" and "Memories".

Little Garden cared. Housekeeping — you can do better. Good food, but there is not so much choice. Nothing animation.

2 hour transfer from the airport. Can't shower between 5:30pm and 7:30pm due to no water pressure. Main pool broken for 3 days. Kids slide broken. Says it's all inclusive when it's not actually. Only things that made this trip pleasant was the staff and the food, even though the food was repetitive and there wasn't much choice.

Staff are second to none, really helpful, except the dude in the paid bar. Lovely hotel, nice and peaceful if a little tired.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Very quiet location, because the rooms from the street away. Evening entertainment, point 23: 00 is peace!
Gone to the beach 5 minutes There's apparently also a shuttle service to the beach. To rent a car directly at the hotel.
Bus stop just 50 metres from the hotel away, the drive to Lindos just 1, €60 (Status: August 2015).
All in all it was a great holiday there.

Thank heavens we went here. Had to change hotels as the first was diabolical. So glad we chose to move here. We thought we'd been sent to a 4* plus hotel. No complaints. Full of praise for all the staff. Chefs waiters, cleaners, bar staff, receptionists, drivers and of course Esther. Have been to mainland Greece many times, this was our first island trip. We have booked to go again this year. To the same hotel so we can be sure to have a fantastic time again.

Excellent hotel very clean and tidy very friendly staff. Would definitely use this hotel again great value for money!
