Central Crete Hotels

We had the most wonderful week staying at this hotel. We are usually great explorers and enjoy getting away from our accommodation but not here, we loved the hotel so much we barely left all week!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this resort. The experience exceeded all expectations from start to finish.

20 minutes walk along the coast from Agios Nikolaos. Lots of eateries there although wouldn’t want to walk it back in the dark as the last bit is pretty quiet and not a wide pavement.

What an absolute joy this holiday was. This is a quiet retreat about 15 mins walk to the charming port of Sissi. We were given an upgrade to a VIP townhouse with sea view and jacuzzi.

We had a lovely warm welcome on our late arrival by Christos who.
Food was excellent in the buffet, brasserie and Barbarosa restaurants.

This hotel and its whole service is absolutely amazing and I‘m glad we got to spend our holidays here.
There are a few shops and a small supermarket inside the hotel premises.

This Hotel in my opinion is by far the best in Sisi as far as value for money, good home cooking and a friendly family atmosphere.
I have to mention Maria and Paul along with Litsa.

Fantastic family run hotel. Litsa, Maria, Paul and the family ensure top quality service and amazing food. Make sure to try LItsas special dish and cocktail.

My husband and I spent a lovely week in September at Angela Suites Botique Hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing!

This was our second visit to Angela Suites Boutique Hotel and it definitely didn’t disappoint. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Azoria Spa. From the very first moment, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

We concluded that this was a 4 out of 5 — just. Service was good in that the staff tried hard but they were chaotic verging on laughable, especially in the restaurant.

We went as a couple in September and it was absolutely perfect. The grounds are so spread out and are all so beautiful. The beaches are so clean and pretty.

Enjoyed a relaxing 8 night holiday here with my husband. Room was spacious (family suite) although NOT 5* standard. Decor, furniture and bathroom very dated and tired and cleaning was non existent.

The position is perfect. The host cares about the people. Very good service (even cleaning the room în details after just one night).

Excellent staff at the Birais beach service bringing food, much needed shade with parasols, delicious food and drinks to us on the beach. The cookie icecream was a hit with the kids!

Amazing location right in the middle of the old town. Very helpful staff regarding any questions or recommendations to eat, drink and more.

Beautiful villa, salt water pool, chilled vibes on the edge of Sissi. Lovely to wander down for a drink in the evening. We arrived to friendly owners, fresh pizza and complementary wine.

This is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in, both in terms of the quality of the villa and the service received by the manager and owner.

We were very grateful to the management of Minos hotel this week at the beginning of June 2022.

We arrived end of May, the hotel wasn’t too busy and the weather was amazing. Abdul was so helpful, gave us a small tour of the hotel whilst helping us to our room with our luggage.

We had a wonderful stay here with our group of friends. The hotel was clean, quiet, and relaxing, with a great location close to the promenade and beach.

Great small hotel right next to the beach. All personnel from housekeeping to management extremely frendly and helpful beyond any expectations.

The beach is right across the street from the hotel pool, so you have your choice of fresh water or sea water within minutes.

Very clean and spacious hotel room. One of the nicest bathrooms in the whole of Crete! 5/10 minute walk into the centre of Sisi with plenty of shops, restaurants and sunset spots.

Excellent week at this hotel very well looked after rooms spotless, clean towels everyday. Family run hotel near to loads of lovely bars and restaurants.

Great hotel regarding price-performance ratio. Clean and good food. However it’s definitely not 5 star hotel, 4 star at most.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, although aircon was a bit weak. Bed was very comfortable. Had a huge balcony which was great.

Terrific apartments really clean and the kitchen is well equipped if you feel the need to cook. Staff are warm and very welcoming. We went b&b and there was a wide variety to eat and of good quality.

Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and their service in this lovely calming hotel. We stayed in an apartment which is a few metres across the lane from the main hotel entrance.

We were in Sissi in late April to mid-May just before tourist season started. Unexpected exceptionally cold weather (not something most tourists experience I expect)!

Anthi, the owner, was super communicative, professional and thoughtful right from our booking — checking in each day to make sure we had all we needed.

We recently stayed at Villa Olive in Adelianos Kampos, near Rethymno, and had a very pleasant experience.

After reading some of the reviews regarding the hotel on some websites we were a bit concerned, but needn't have been. You can criticise some aspects of the hotel but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the heart of Sisi. There is a sister hotel across the road that we can use. The staff are very friendly and food is good.

Just came back from Pearl Beach Hotel after 1 week holiday in October. This is our 3rd stay in this Hotel.

A great apartment complex, the apartment was comfy and well-equipped, the host was very warm and responsive.

Rooms need update. Sockets are rare, chair pillows not on their place, not enough shade in the kitchen area for those who sleep in that area.

Fabulous place, we stayed in a studio which was lovely but the downstairs is a little odd with a bed in the middle of the room.

Our stay at Rimondi Grand Resort & Spa was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by nature, and offers a peaceful atmosphere away from crowded tourist areas.

We decided to visit Crete and we chose this hotel because we wanted something quiet and relaxing. It was a very good choice to be honest!
