Gambello Luxury Rooms doesn't have customers attention or care about. I ve tried to cancel the reservation made to 23/6 since we realized yesterday my wife is Covid19 positive and with sintoms. Lisa the owner of GLR did not care about our health or cancelation issue and didnt even allow us to reschedule the booking. Lisa suggestion was to send other person instead she said. How was I supposed to get one from Porto to Greece on the next day? It shows the caracter of the owner. So book at your own risk! And check critics like this before you book! I hope this critic helps others. I sincerely recommend properties that understand a critical health issue like Covid19 that kindly accepted my free cancelation even not in the cancelation period.
