Excellent location right by the old city with all the shops, restaurants and coffee shops. My room was quite spacious with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in hotels. Loved the olive oil based complementary soaps/shower gels. The cleaning ladies were more than happy to give you as many as you needed. All staff were very friendly really. I was given a room with lovely views but no balcony and I soon as I spoke to Mariangela in reception moving me was not an issue at all. Zisis, the gentleman at reception during the day was friendly, genuine and very polite. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of options and very good quality food. Would definitely stay here again.
