There are few places in Greece where you can give a rating of 10 out of 10. This is one of them. Daily thorough cleaning of the entire hotel.

Perfect accommodation. So very clean and modern. We had room 18 — spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely sitting on the balcony at the end of the day in full sun and watching sunset.

A modern, clean and new facility. High quality materials were used. The pool is maintained by a private company.

Olea Valley T2 exceeded expectations. Ideal location for tranquility yet close to town. The villa is tastefully decorated, clean, super cosy and spacious.

The hotel is wonderful. It is next to the beach. The cleaning of the room is done every day. It's very clean, the ladys in charge for cleaning do their job perfect. The breakfast is good.

We had really nice 7-days stay in an apartment on the second floor. Great view of the balcony, the sea was somewhat visible. There was a beautiful back-side view of the mountain and the forest.

If you are lucky enough to find availability for this place book it straight away! It's as stunning as it looks in the images, the owners are very nice and very welcoming and maintain it superbly!

Everything is superb. Accommodation, location and of course the owners who are friendly, unobtrusive and are there for everything you need!

Nice place to stay, friendly staff, large rooms, same food every day at the breakfast (pretty cheap products), very bad coffee from our point of view.

Highly recommended if you are on holiday with children and looking for a place to relax, quiet, far from the usual, busy, towns and beaches, with all you need on premises.

Amazing villa — suitable for families and couples. Had a perfect stay with daily pool cleans, bin empties and a weekly cleaning service. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

The location is great, 1 minute to the beach.
What needs to be considered is that even if are 5 rooms, the room from downstair has the bathroom in the basement.

Our stay at Leon Villas in Nikiti, Sithonia, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional!

This was our second visit to this fabulous Hotel in Nikiti, mainland Greece. We had booked a Deluxe Sea View room but on arrival were upgraded to a Deluxe Sea View room with swim up pool.

Ammoa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. It has everything you need and the beach is right next to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was clean, comfortable, and made us feel at home.
