We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. The location is excellent, just a short distance from some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia.

Absolutely amazing stay! Everything was perfect, especially the service, provided by special people who know how to make you feel at ease. Stunning view on the sea and beautiful rooms.

With its white and blue exterior, complemented by the world renowned, picture perfect colour of the Aegean Sea, the buildings of Athena Villas seem taken out straight from a fairytale.

We are returning to this hotel once again because we were absolutely delighted with our previous experience, and once again, everything has been exactly as expected — truly at the highest level.

We spent our honeymooon at the Antemus Sea Hotel and enjoyed it very much. The hotel and the beach were beautifully designed and very clean and the service was amazing.

I’ve spent a lot of time here when I was young, I think the first time was 25 years ago! It’s good to see that Evangelia and Dimitri still running and improving this place! Good memories!

We booked in last minute due to a change of plans. I think we managed to get the only remaining suite, probably one of the smaller ones, and it was still absolutely beautiful!

Recommend. Lovely place, staff, breakfast and location. Available free parking during tbe day & night. The swimming pool is suitable for everyone (from babies to adults)

The apartment was really nice, super clean and the service was great. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families, as the beach is in front of the apartments.

We had great experience at this property for 2026 NYE in a company of 8 adults and 5 kids. Top location, top facilities, great access from Bulgaria by car. Wanted to stay longer at the end.

First of all the welcoming of the personal, Fotis is amazing. Second the accommodation is lovely, green and clean. From the accommodation you can walk couple of hundreds meter and you are at the sea.

Great rooms, excellent swimming pool and terrace. We visited as 5 adults with 5 kids for two weeks. Private beach was a 3 minutes walk with kids. Lots of other very nice sandy beaches nearby.

The villas are in the dead center of Ormos Panagias and easy to get to. They are great on the inside and outside and perfect for bigger groups.

Great accommodation close to the sea in picturesque Ormos Panagias village. Well-equipped villas. It's not far from a big sandy beach, which is really one of the best on Sitonia — Livrohio beach.

Idyllic place either for family or for couple vacation, ideal for guests who want to spend a quiet summer vacation, far from those noisy and crowded cities.

If you are looking for peaceful vacation in the shade of pine and olive trees, and enjoy comfortable apartments with big balconies, this is the place for you.

Apartment is huge, clean and well furnished. There is a shower cabin which is a plus. Right on the seaboard, but the beach here is rather wild. You have to descend on some stairs to the beach.
