Cottages in SithoniaCottage

One of the best places in Halkidiki and incredibly nice owners of this hotel ❤️

Amazing place for a perfect vacation! The Villa is very close to the beach, the rooms are clean and comfortable! And you have anything you need! The garden inside is just perfect! Magical place!

Perfect location. Close to the Mediterranean Sea (and beach) and close to Nikiti, a holiday hotspot as well. The noise level is quite low at night, despite the main road just outside.

It was a very pleasant week spent in Sythonia at villa Askamnia. It is a very nice complex, lots of facilities, the breakfast was great.

We wholeheartedly recommend Amantes Villas and Suites to anyone looking for a luxurious retreat, peace and quiet, and impeccable service in Halkidiki. We will definitely be back!

The place is amazing—nestled in the middle of the forest with access to a private beach, offering peace and tranquility.
The breakfast was wonderful and had everything you need.

This is the first time we've had a holiday so late in the year. I have to say that we had a great time at the hotel and was sad to leave.

We couldn't fault this hotel. A lovely retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Great food at Doxato, the buffet restaurant. Lovely service from the staff — all so friendly.

Amazing accommodation! The space is very well equipped, perfectly neat, and the sea views are breathtaking.

The villa is modern, clean, well equipped. The view over the sea is just stunning and the owner is a very nice and friendly person who helped us organise our stay.

An exceptional combination of materials, colors, and light; one of the best villas I have ever visited. Similar villas of the same aesthetic and quality cost three times as much.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, with exceptional design and attention to detail. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great place and service, good comms in English. Rooms for people with disabilities (wheelchair frienfly). Stunningly clean and nice garden. NOT noisy. Evharisto, Cecile!

Accomodation was very clean and I just loved the nice smell of the sheets and towels. You will have 2 balconies, so you will always have fresh air circulating.

We stayed for 6nights at Villa Doxa.
LOCATION: very close to the beach, only few minutes to walk ;)
Not in the noisy innercity its 8-10mins by foot.

We spent our summer vacation at Villa Doxa for the third time. And we will come again. It it that good!

I want to give a special thanks to the dear hosts — Vaya and her husband. The villas were amazing, but they wouldn`t be the same without two of them. Our staying was unique!

The staff is very friendly and helpfull we had pur sheets and towls changed after 3 days.
The rooms are tiny ours did not have any table where to put something only 2 little nightsands.

The place, hospitality and care were amazing! They welcomed and showed us the whole villa along with possible activities. Every morning they were cleaning the BBQ and take care of the gardens.

Great villas, suitable for families or group of friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very good exterior. The host — Nora is very kind. I recommend :)

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this beautiful summer house with our group of 4 adults and 4 children.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Sofia's Villa! The house is spacious, and very clean. It has two floors and a cozy attic on the third floor.

The villa was truly amazing! Super clean with all the needed comforts. We were a company of 4 people and it was one of the most convenient and enjoyable holidays we have ever had!

Amazing villa — suitable for families and couples. Had a perfect stay with daily pool cleans, bin empties and a weekly cleaning service. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

Very nice. Quiet area very isolated up the hill… will definitely need transport to get around.

Your place is simply magical, and the days we spent there filled us with energy and joy. We’re already looking forward to returning next year for more memorable moments.

Had a wonderful time at Avista Villa! To start off, the villa itself is amazing — it has a big, wonderful garden, surrounded by olive trees and a great sized pool.

We had a wonderful and quiet stay at Avista Private Resort. Everything was perfect, the location, the villa, the hosts… everybody took good care of us. The beaches are very close and beautiful.

Great location, free parking, clean, peacefull. I recommend these apartment.

From our arrival until departure couldn't ask for a better holiday experience. Villa was spotless and pool crystal clear.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay we enjoyed at Thespis Villa 1. Our group of seven friends (four adults and three children) had an absolutely delightful experience.

Our stay at Thespis Villas in Sykia Halkidikis was absolutely wonderful!
