I want to give a special thanks to the dear hosts — Vaya and her husband. The villas were amazing, but they wouldn`t be the same without two of them. Our staying was unique!

The staff is very friendly and helpfull we had pur sheets and towls changed after 3 days.
The rooms are tiny ours did not have any table where to put something only 2 little nightsands.

Staying at Xalonia Villas in Agios Nikolaos was truly an unforgettable experience!

Spectacular views, beautiful gardens and amazing houses that are so well equipped and well maintained. We had an amazing one week relaxing stay with friends. Great hosts!

This is the first time we've had a holiday so late in the year. I have to say that we had a great time at the hotel and was sad to leave.

We couldn't fault this hotel. A lovely retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Great food at Doxato, the buffet restaurant. Lovely service from the staff — all so friendly.

Had a wonderful time at Avista Villa! To start off, the villa itself is amazing — it has a big, wonderful garden, surrounded by olive trees and a great sized pool.

We had a wonderful and quiet stay at Avista Private Resort. Everything was perfect, the location, the villa, the hosts… everybody took good care of us. The beaches are very close and beautiful.

Amazing place for a perfect vacation! The Villa is very close to the beach, the rooms are clean and comfortable! And you have anything you need! The garden inside is just perfect! Magical place!

Amazing accommodation! The space is very well equipped, perfectly neat, and the sea views are breathtaking.

Great place but a little too expensive. A lot of moskytos in the evening/night.

Great place and service, good comms in English. Rooms for people with disabilities (wheelchair frienfly). Stunningly clean and nice garden. NOT noisy. Evharisto, Cecile!

Accomodation was very clean and I just loved the nice smell of the sheets and towels. You will have 2 balconies, so you will always have fresh air circulating.

We had great experience at this property for 2026 NYE in a company of 8 adults and 5 kids. Top location, top facilities, great access from Bulgaria by car. Wanted to stay longer at the end.

Amazing villa — suitable for families and couples. Had a perfect stay with daily pool cleans, bin empties and a weekly cleaning service. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

The location is great, 1 minute to the beach.
What needs to be considered is that even if are 5 rooms, the room from downstair has the bathroom in the basement.

An Unforgettable Stay in a Seaside Paradise!
From the moment we arrived at the villa, we felt like we had stepped into a little slice of paradise.

Great place near supermarket, restaurants and 5 minutes from the beach. We rented the big apartment for 4. Nice clean beds, great view from the balconies.

Super convenient location with a supermarket around the corner, and the beautiful Karidi beach 5-10min on foot.

We stayed for 6nights at Villa Doxa.
LOCATION: very close to the beach, only few minutes to walk ;)
Not in the noisy innercity its 8-10mins by foot.

We spent our summer vacation at Villa Doxa for the third time. And we will come again. It it that good!

We stayed for 4 nights. The owners are super welcoming, its a 2 min walk to a quiet beach with included sunbeds. To walk to the village restaurants its 10 minutes.

I spent a week with my family at Villa Askamnia in August. This was an ideal place for our summer holiday: with clean and cosy rooms, nice breakfast and a beach very close to the apartment.

Magical place! We enjoyed there very much, the owner is very nice lady. Kids loved the garden, close to very pretty beaches.

This is a beautiful place to stay at. We visited Tsitreli in August for only two days.

With its white and blue exterior, complemented by the world renowned, picture perfect colour of the Aegean Sea, the buildings of Athena Villas seem taken out straight from a fairytale.
