For the status (stars), reputation and high prices, one would expect a fireplace in the superior double, a free espresso at breakfast, less noise among rooms, much much better matrices and not to call everyday for amenities that were forgotten… At least the employees are really polite and helpful. Location is central and parking is easy. Rooms are ok, spacious BUT all the above make me give it 3 stars.
