Lovely place, with very nice staff and owner. Very good service. I recomand it from all my heart!

Lovely hotel just far enough away from the busy Potos seafront to be peaceful, but close enough to be enjoyed each night with a short walk. Hotel is lovely, very well run and with good amenities. The pool is the cleanest I’ve seen in recent years. Rooms are very nice, also extremely clean, and modern in style. Large balcony and great airCon are very welcome. Food is very good (we are breakfast only — there is plenty of choice). Staff are fantastic, they work so hard and are very helpful and friendly, and lots of fun. We’re very much enjoying our stay here.

I have to say that this Hotel and staff is everything I hoped it would be. Friendly staff is an understatement. Always smiling and engaging personal. Rooms are clean. AC is cold. Pool is a dream and the distance to the beach is a 5min walk. Downtown also 5 min walk.
Food is great and the drinks are always cold. From the bartender to the waiters or waitresses, that have to work in this heat, you will always see a warm and helpful smile. Please be kind and tip.
We will return and we will most certainly stay at Astir Notos again.

Nice and peaceful, quiet little pool space.

We stayed in new Deluxe building. It was very nice, we had a great, confortable room with well equipped chicinette, and a large terace. Be aware at mosquitos. We bought from a market a device to have a good sleep. Cleaning was done daily. Sheets and towels were changed at 2 days. My little kid put chocolate on the sheets in the same day when was changed, and staff changed it in the next day. A clean and pleasant pool is also here, one more in main building as the restaurant. There is a small garden with grass and flowers. The food was good. In the evening you have to order drinks. The manager in always in the hotel and willing to help. He supervise the staff and try to find solutions for all requests. We liked our vacation here.

Great little hotel with about 20 Rooms and 10 Apartments. Friendly Staff, family atmosphere. So we are here for the 6th Time this Year.

Nice Hotel close to the beach, and still quiet as secluded of the island's main road. The reception was warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished. The staff was very polite and tried to fulfill all wishes of the guests. At the Pool we were provided with free of charge drinks and Snacks. The only flaw is the waiter with the wine list for dinner. Otherwise, the food was very varied. We wish the Team every success for the future and look forward to the next holiday at the Astir Notes. Greeting Peter and Sabine from Ehingen.

Ha Ha Ha, as suspected, are now sooooo quickly with some positive reviews appeared. Woe, who as the house or the Manager is suspicious. So a serious person would be something never in order… CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION
Be sure to read. Of course, no star would be appropriate. Unfortunately, no. You want to experience the worst food and the most impossible Person in Greece, then you are JUST right here! In Greece are no worse food and a worse Service from the Manager than it is here. In addition, fly, wasps… in the eat, see pictures. Good Appetite! Of course, my "comments" for the Hotel unacceptable. Anyone who has been reading about the errors and the truths when it comes to bad food and bad Service! A 4 Star Hotel? Okay, 1 star for the air conditioning, and 1 star for the hand towel, 1 star for the cleaning ladies and 1 star for the hot tub, did not work. My other reviews have nothing to do with this Hotel, Manager and holiday. The Manager is now trying desperately to find anything negative against me, of his problems and his way of working to be distracting. Do I have to do for professional reasons, and others, with Hotels and Restaurants. Therefore, I can assess the differences lens. The pictures show the States when the food and for this reason, the Manager is looking now with all the Power to falsehoods, to his true face show.

You want to experience the worst food and the most impossible person in Greece, then you are only right here!
There is no worse food in Greece and no poorer service from the manager than here.

Very nice friendly staff, food good lots of choices.

Everything is perfect, kind staff, wonderful rooms, delicious food … I warmly recommend it to all who have the desire to visit Thasos and Potos.

The food is absolutely great and anyone who wants to relax will find a great place for it.
Unfortunately, it is partly a bit noisy in the building and therefore rather bad for people with a light sleep…
