Fantastic stay at this hotel. Hotel is ideally located on the beechfront with great pool and staff are great. Defo would come to this hotel again.

A very nice hotel, with the best staff! They were so nice and welcoming, and they were very helpful! All in all, it was great:D.

Very friendly and welcoming staff who make you feel like part of the family, nothing is too much trouble. Definitely take the boat trip to paxos and Antipaxos, it's a day excursion and the sights are amazing. They have a 24 hour bar that serves food through the day time and is cheap to eat there to. There is a DJ by the poolside during the afternoon, and amazing events to look out for throught the season, hosting big name dj's. I love this place and will go back year after year. I never want to leave.

The best thing about the Island is the people who work there! They truly made the whole trip worth it, because they were very nice and welcoming. Nice rooms as well. If you come during summertime, remember to prebook air condition!

Very nice hotel. The receptionist (Magda) is lovely and the pool area is great. Breakfast is very good. Can’t fault this gorgeous place.

The owners of this hotel have been absolutely amazing nothing is too much trouble. Lovely pool bar great food comfortable rooms would definitely stay here again its wicked.

Avoid at all cost! the place and its managers are an absolute disgrace! place is dirty! made us pay 40 euros to actually stay in the hotel we booked! the staff are rude and really don't care about the guests! and you best believe they couldn't care less about the fact you have no electricity or hot water! money grabbing b*****ds thats all they are! you really couldn't pay me to step foot in this hell hole again.

For me and my husband, this is the best resort from Kavos. The staff is very nice and friendly, starting with receptionists, waiter, even the cleaning ladies. But the best is Dimitris Pandis, the manager. He is the perfect guy to manage this beautiful, clean, well placed resort. We have stayed at Island Beach Resort Kavos 4 times and we would go back every year, because they make you feel like home. When I say Corfu, I’m thinking at Kavos and Island Beach Resort.

Stayed here last year and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had! Great location, friendly staff and also an unreal line up of events and acts! Couldn’t of asked for more from my package holiday, Thankyou island beach see you in the summer.

We have stayed with 3 friends in Bamboo apartment with a balcony and beautiful views. Staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. Just few steps for a beach, nice restaurants around the hotel also great music at the pool area. I would recommend the hotel especially for young people looking for both adventures and relax time ☺️

I had a great time with my partner Thomas. I’m not usually one to go out on the tiles but I couldn’t help myself with such fantastic night life and wonderful hospitality. The reps were VERY accommodating and I really enjoyed the all day boat party which was a boat party all day on a boat, partying.

Went with my girlfriend and had the best time! Had time to ourselves and got involved in the parties. Built a package to suit us so it was well worth the money! Staff not pushy! Would highly recommend!

This is the worst place in kavos and a HEALTH RISK. I've just stayed here with with my partner and we are both LEAVING 6 DAYS EARLY DUE TO HEALTH PROBLEMS! We originally stayed in the Annex, number 10, we had a damp patch appear from the upstairs toilet down patch by day 3! It had clearly been painted over to hide it at the start. On complaining as we both had sore throats we where moved to Barbados on the other side. This seemed much better. Or so we thought, 2 days later we where both so ill we had to visit KAVOS EMERGENCIES! MY partner has a upper respiratory tract infection and I had a full blown chest infection with reduced OXYGEN SATURATION!. Checking the aircon filters explained it all. See the pics attached. The clean one I cleaned for comparrison ON making our 2nd complaint the owner did not seemed to care and walked away as we where mid sentace. He did however offer us his "best room" this time in Bora, this apartment was an upgraded and did appear better but in checking the aircon there it was just as bad If not worse! Going back to say no thank you too the room upgrade the manager/owner would not even come and speak to us. he did however get the receptionist Kira (who was lovely) to give us TWO DAYS AIRCON REFUND! we had paid 80€ for this dirty aircon for our 2 week stay! Waiting for our change of flights home as we where too I'll to stay any longer, some friends we had met, had the wooden pool side collapse on her, causing her to badly injure her leg!

Ottima location… target 20 30 years old. Noi siamo una coppia over 40 e amiamo l'isla! It's whats inside that counts! Kavos wins! 5 stars… Good food. Good Sea and… fun fun fun! Kisses from Italy!

We stayed at Island Beach Hotel for a week and it was terrible. The room is not how it looks in the pictures, beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom is horrible. The music is also very loud and disturbing at night.

Cannot recommend this hotel. There are no table 'clean my room/do not disturb' so our room is not cleaned for 3 days already, staff can open room door without knocking! Bathroom is ridiculously small. Room for 3 persons has size as for two, but with additional bed, so no free space in room. Big advantage is fridge in room, it is very useful. Hotel restaurant is is awful — not tasty food and expensive. Carbonara with ham from breakfast instead of bacon and without parmesan. They count to our order bread, but we don't ask it, they just put it on the table. Dislike.

Unfortunately on arrival the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests that had stayed there. After that hiccup there was no issues with the cleanliness. However there was days where the water was cold in the shower. Staff very friendly no other issues.

Stayed here in September 2017 originally booked annex then upgraded about a month before arrival. Location is brilliant and the view is excellent. Staff were great when I was there and the Albanian barman (sorry forgot his name) was always polite and helpful! The manager was also always friendly and always greeted me with a handshake. I am coming back on June 6th this time with friends and look forward to seeing the same great staff! As mentioned by others please be aware the husky dog which lives on site is not unhealthy due to poor care! He has had a couple of accidents that makes it hard to get around. He is very friendly and from what I gather well taken care of. If people bothered to find out what was wrong with him they would know! See you in a couple of months guys!

For those who like noisy parties, bar street, night life, not for relaxation.

Rude staff. Room Was nothing like it's advertised. Internet only in reception, no TV in rooms but on website saying "every room have Tv and Telephone" quests very loud all nights and staff not doing anything about it. Cleaning service poor. Not happy at all!

Avoid at all costs. Stayed here few weeks ago and was nothing like it's advertised. We diddnt stay in any of the rooms in the pictures they put us in some old room in some flats right next to the strip where you couldn't sleep. People was complaining but they diddnt care. Room wasn't nice either. Had a balcony but was closed off. Shower was a hand shower. Just not nice. Room got cleaned once but they diddnt change sheets. Book elsewhere even for a lads holiday.

Absolute disgrace. Smells of eggy poo near the pool and they rob your money and don't give you a refund! The pool has a thick oil grease layer all around it and is never cleaned! The staff aren't unhelpful and will try to mug you off by making you buy things and not give them to you after paying. They don't care about anyone bur themselves and the staff are awful and misscommunicated.

You need to know where along. Many buildings scattered throughout the village. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The best option to live in the hull by the sea, without kitchen.

Run away. Run. And if not escape-will be similar reviews to write.

Rude and Unprofessional staff Room not ready on day of arrival or the day after! Put into "upgraded sea view room" for first night — bed as hard as rocks, room stank and bathroom not cleaned after previous guests Moved to second room the day after when what we booked was still not ready — gave up after trying to argue with the rude staff at the front desk who couldn't care less Second room a clear down grade from what we booked! disgusted at half open condoms in bedside draw — clearly not cleaned again after previous occupants. Never got the Superior Self Catering Apartment we had booked and paid extra for… no apology given at all… don;t stay here, the photos online are misleading, this hotel is dirty and derelict — wish we had read the trip advisor reviews before we booked… clearly we are not the first guests to be mislead by the photos online and I doubt we will be the last to fall victim to this sham of a hotel.

Shocking hotel. Only good thing was the location. Downgraded our rooms even though we had paid extra, reception staff rude, very unwelcoming. No lifts. Paid extra for breakfast but wish we hadn't bothered. A very unhealthy dog always around the hotel. Toilet wouldn't stop running and shower head holder was broken. Paid for a triple room, got a room with 2 proper beds and a fold out bed. No pillows. Paid for sea view, had the view of the back of someone's garden. When we complained told the hotel was fully booked and even though we had paid for a superior self catering room they put us in a basic room, no kettle or kitchenette as advertised. Fridge broken. Would not stay in this hotel again or recent to anyone. Now the waiting game to see if our travel agent gets anywhere with our complaints.

The best and only place to stay and party in kavos, with the biggest acts and best accommodation this is one place I will be coming back to very shortly.

Great place where to have fun, relax and meet amazing people. Stuff is really helpful and friendly! Went there twice and definitely will go back again!

July 2017. With great love and gratitude we remember our vacation spent at the hotel. We lived in the apartment. Comfortable location, room cleaning and linen change every day. Friendly staff. Breakfast in sufficient quantity of their natural natural products. The beach and the sea are clean. The beach is sandy, the setting in the sea is gentle and sandy. Rest is wonderful for young people and active adults. We bought excursions in the hotel, at a price were more budgetary than in other places. The hotel we want to return to!

I stayed at this resort in the summer and wow what a place… This place is lush … Incredible pool parties and the same are just on point and helpful I would recommend this place to anyone going to kavos you won't find anywhere like it in the whole strip Cheers guys till we meet again.

Terrible hotel with lazy attitude to customers. Its main audience-young Englishmen, and the administration of the hotel gives you a unique opportunity to try to fall asleep under their drunken redditors (until 6am) in the hall, or even at all right under your door. The only plus is a decent sandy beach.

Very briefly. What you see in the photo-complete urban legends. This is not a picturesque-this type of creepy to gastobajterov. Food-g — — in town very much. Drunkards and drug addicts. All night very loud music from multiple discos. NIGHTMARE! If you want to throw money down the drain — — you there.
