We had an amazing stay. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay we had a fabulous stay.

Sea view had a perfect location for hiring transport or going it alone on quads. It's 10mins walking to the strip of bars, restaurants and madness.
foods not great but edible. Our room had 4 ladies and we had sea view overlooking the Mediterranean Sea priceless.
I'm glad we went mid August and not the height of the season june/july. As it was busy enough for my daughters but also quiet enough for me. Beaches and sea were awesome. Highlight of the hols was definitely quads riding crosscountry and all over the place to secret beaches, hammock beach with too many bees wanting your food and inflatable sofa where my daughter went flying off into the sea. Transport needed way too hot to walk.

Not the worst I’ve been in there is good and bad the pool don’t get cleaned and been here a week and the rooms ant great 5/10 I’d say staff are friendly food ant the best defo eat out.

The staff here were very welcoming and bar staff were lots of fun to spend time with. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Yanni, Ninna, Julius and colleagues.

Aggressive violent manager physically attacked two young girls during our stay, also slapped his wife in front of guests! keeps guests passport as bribery and picked on younger guests the whole time was there, taking people's deposits for no reason. They have since made up total lies about guests on trip adviser when leaving reviews, look back over the years this is not the first incident mentioned.

Great hotel with top service, beautiful sea view from every room and from the pool bar. A lot of delicious options on the menu and swimming with dolphins is just a short boat ride away from the hotel's dock. We had an amazing stay at Ionian sea view, I couldn't possibly recommend it enough, see you next year! :D.

Spent 7 days here from 29/8 till 5/9 staff was great no problems with this hotel we loved it, so going back next year, no bad points at all been home a few day, s but what go back now. Yanis the bar man what a laugh we had so so friendly, the owners a re really nice most friendly people. Xx see you next year guys. Xx.

Spent our time here from the 29/8/2018 in till the 5/9/2019 Love it hotel clean changed beddiding, 4 times staff are friendly and helpful, would stay at this hotel again, yanis the bar man great laugh, home from home miss it want to go back loved all the staff the boss, s are lovely, we are coming back love you guys. I can only say this was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel photos are not this hotel. It’s dirty, old and in need of serious repair. The floors have never been washed and our first night we took our Sanford off and are feet were black. I asked the maid the next day to wash it but they clearly do not own a mop. The door would not lock and when we were told to bang it shut we were locked in the room for half an hour with no air con working. Imagine if there had been a fire. We were on the top floor too. Management were a disgrace, rude, aggressive and verbally abusive when we complained. Do not stay here is you can afford to go else where. I don’t normally complain but this place was horrid and disgusting and they do not deserve paying customers.

I'm a kid and I know I hate this hotel our room was tiny (were a family of 4) had a bunk bed, Bathroom door wouldnt close, dodgy lock and unclean although apparently they get cleaned 4 times a week, clearly not very well… We stayed here with another family who we came on holiday with and we booked the same type of room and theirs was much nicer (although it was only average. ) and the pool is naf, just naf. Its not deep and its the same depth the whole way across — about 1.3 meters, so adults cant dive or jump in. The water also feels very stodgy, and when I put my goggles on to play, I saw that under the water there was loads of muck and rubbish floating around the bottom, and it doesnt get cleaned at all, but it closes at 6 pm for supposed "cleaning" but there is still crud all around it. Also there is barbed wire and spike on the walls around the pool, making you feel like your prison. On arrival and when I saw the room I cried for about 30 mins because of how poor everything is. The room was that dirty when we arrived, that me and mum had to clean it with anyting we could find, there are even cobwebs in the room. I strongly advise you to not book here and go for somewhere else… right next to this "hotel" there is one called the alexandria which has beautiful green grass, a great pool a little b-ball court and a nice swingset — thats where we are spending most our time as it doesnt feel like hell there…

Amacing and friendly place perfect in every way, this to me is every bit 5star treatment. The best place in Europe… can’t wait to book for next year. Thank you to all the amazing staff ❤️

We paid beforehand for breakfast €5 per night whilst buying the room. So we paid €40 for 8 days. It turned out breakfast was cheaper than €5 and there is a time limit to eating there. We had to pay for air conditioner which is a normal thing in most hotels. They tried to charge us for asking them to just unlock our room because we were separated from our friends. Deposit was taken for something that happened outside the hotel. Generally, they try to make money of everything and if u choose to live without air con and Wi-Fi it is very hot and sweaty. 100% would not recommend.

Get very little for what you pay for. Have to pay extra for air con and a safe. Wi-Fi will aslo set you back €2 every 24 hours per device. Hardest mattress I've ever slept on in my life. Good quality evening food but a little pricey. Very close to beach and excellent water sport facilities. Poor quality breakfast. Poor quality self catering cooker. They also swindle you out of some foreign holiday tax which isn't a huge amount on its own but it all adds up with the air con and other costs. When we arrived out bathroom door was broken as it wouldn't shut and a panel on the kitchen unit was missing. Asked at reception for the door to be fixed, two people came up to have a look, they said they would fix it the next day and they never returned. I will never ever return.

Room was never cleaned, never had new towels even when we asked reception for new ones, some staff were quite rude but the majority of them were very polite. There was always a sewage smell around the pool, not being able to drink your own water around the hotel was a bit annoying especially in 30 degree heat, pots and pans were dirty when we got them, not being allowed to take your own alcohol back to the hotel even if it was just a six pack of beer I thought was un fair, also while I recognise this is not the hotels fault there would be extremely loud dance music being played form the neighbouring hotel which woke us us at 9 everyday and lastly having to pay 50 euros for a week of air conditioning seemed pretty extortionate and seemed like the hotels way of getting more money out of you. Defiantly wouldn’t book again.

It is a fabulous place to go on holiday great food people are so friendly I'd recommend to
anyone and a fabulous restaurant called the rose tree a four minutes walk from the hotel. Thank you all the staff at the lonian sea view hotel, for a great holiday.

Went here last august 2017 with my brother and mum. Heading back this august, absolutely loved this place! 100% value for money… (having to pay extra for air con I think was a bit annoying) but the service there and staff are seriously amazing! Rooms were nice and clean could to with refurbing the bathroom. Pool is lovely and clean. Wasps everywhere but they arent like the ones in the uk… once u realise they arent going to attack you they become your friend haha. By the pool u have steps which go into the sea! PERFECT! You also have water sports literally at the back of the pool. Pool Cafe has amazing food and very decent prices. I cant wait to go back and see them all.! Lovely gardens and a 15 minute walk from kavos strip. U cant here any noise here its perfect yet lively! Hoping for the same stay 2nd time round. Oh yes at night time everyone heads to the bar downstairs and chills. Loads of banta haha ah seriously absolutely loved it! Thank you.

I would recomend this lovely family run hotel to everyone as thay cant do enough for you food is exerlent and clean rooms service very good hoping to make it my holiday here every year many thanks to all the staff and owners.

The ionian sea view is the best hotel my mother and I have been to for such a long time the staff can't do enough to make sure you have the most relaxing time possible. 5 out of 5 This is not Gary this is martyn arakliti.

Nice location just 10 min walk from main town and right on top of the water sports. Staff all very friendly so no complaints there. Hotel a little run down and room turn down was very sparse. We had to ask for bins to be emptied after 4 days and that's not good as you can't flush paper down the toilet! But It's like everything in life … you pay for what you get. 24 hr bar and pizza and breakfast by the pool so it's not all bad :) I would and will happily return as the location is ideal for a family holiday.

Relaxing, great food, superb staff, perfect location.

Close to facilites. Shower head needs sorting out falls off when water on. Dont take notice of the bad reviews its a great place to be in if you like cheap and cheerful plenty of pubs locally take a torch or use your phone theres no street lights in the side roads Pool closes at 6pm I have my daughter and g. Daughter we loved it plenty to do as well. Weather is just great. Just a small downside the kitchen as you see in the pic but hey you want the room not the kitchen.

Lovely place to stay and enjoyed my holiday. The nicest staff you could meet and there are very welcoming! The food is also very gorgeous and very good presentation of food. Looknig forward to visiting again next year Definitely recommend place to stay.

The whole complex needs some tlc. Pool good. Food good. Fantastic staff. Only real negative is everything ie beer, food etc is cheaper outside of hotel, even at other hotels! This must be the only place around that charges for Wi-Fi. A good place to stay if you are on a budget.

Great location, near town but not too close. Good pool. Small shop on site. Rooms are what you expect for hotel price. Great for party goers/groups of friends who Also want to be able to sleep. Friendly staff and good food.

Lovely family run hotel. Very friendly staff, delicious food, great pool and pool bar, and outstanding view! If you ever visit Kavos, this is the place to be. Thanks for making our 11 nights holiday so memory able. Greetings from Norway!
