As a location it's my favourite beach I've been to my whole life, crystal clear waters with a perfect sandy beach.

Good hotel over all, Great beach access and free beach chairs. Just the facilities in the room are a bit outdated and there is no elevator.

Excellent hosts, the accommodation is very clean, and they provide apartment cleaning service and bedding replacement just like in a hotel.

Very nice and spacious apartment, looks just like in the pictures. Very close to the beach, amazing garden and very pet friendly. Was perfect four our stay in Corfu.

We have stayed at these villas for many years now, the latest being July 2025, in Villa Iris. Villas are spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.

A lovely, peaceful place to stay, ideal for families and perfect for relaxation. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended!

We stay there for almost 15 days, the room are super clean and quiet, very nice owner friendly. We will go back there for sure.

We booked this hotel last minute due to a family emergency with our father being ill in Ioannina hospital, we travelled from UK not knowing where we were going, anything about the place.

I arrived hotel late that’s why I just slept 4 hours. Despite l slept very short time, l felt so energetic when l woke up, because it was silence, good bed and pillow, bathroom was so nice.

If you are looking for a perfectly located accommodation with incredible views of the sea then book the panoramic sea view room we stayed in. The people that run it are very sweet.

We stayed at Illian Studios for 10 nights and had a great experience overall.

Overall, our apartment was pleasant. The owner was exceptionally kind and readily available to assist us. The cleaning lady was also delightful and accommodating.
