Apart‑Hotels in EpirusCondo Hotel

Our family had a great time at Kanali Homes. It is a clean and nice place to have a holiday. The Beach is close and there are a lot of taverna with good food around.

We are currently in the apartment, and I must say that everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartments are new, fully equipped, extremely clean, and smell wonderful.

Amazingly Great place! If You love a luxury quality hotel with a calm quiet atmosphere, it's Your best choice! Unbelievably delicious breakfast all made by the owners. The shore is three mins. By car.

Key position in state of Preveza and close to many attractions such as City of Preveza, Acheron River and town of Parga.

Exceptional stay – highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, ideally located just steps from the beach.

The hotel was absolutely lovely! The service was OUTSTANDING, the owner literally helped us jump start our car. Could not recommend more!

The place is spotted in a central location and as an accommodation is totally fair. Thumbs up for the hospitality of Alexandros and the polite lady in charge 👍.

Newly renovated rooms. Excellent service from the owner. Anything we needed he would help us with. Big, nice and clean bathroom. Very good location. Value for money.

Great modern apartment and a fantastic location. Short walk to the local beach, several lovely restaurants and 2 convenience stores. The studio apartment was clean and well appointed.

This was an amazing place to stay. Very central, few steps from the lake, the castle and the historic city centre.

This place was created with the comfort of the guests in mind. Everything was perfect — from beds, shower, amenities, location, comfort and price!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at these villas in Parga and couldn't recommend them more highly!

We stayed for 10 nights in the comfort studio on the garden side and had a lovely holiday!

The views from the hotel across the Mediterranean Sea and Parga itself are simply superb!
The staff, friendly and helpful.

On our third trip to Parga, we stayed in one of the upstairs apartments. Friendly owner and staff made us feel very welcome. Room had been done beautifully, tastefully and it was spacious and secure.

We just got back from The Well Parga. We're absolutely enchanted and delighted with this place. The entire staff is wonderful and very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed at the big villa for 8 nights and it was one of the most pleasant stays! The villa was amazing! They cleaned it every 3 nights. The place was super beautiful, clean and organised.

We stayed in the larger Blue Villa, which comfortably slept 6 adults. The property is immaculate, very clean and tidy, as well as exceptional decor inside and out.

Brilliant place, had to stop off every night of holidays even just for 2 beers and to enjoy the fantastic hospitality.

A brilliant pub great manager loved it well worth going to.

There are almost no words to describe this place and people. Hosts Spiros and his son are very hospitable and always there for you.

Very nice place, ideal to relax. The studios are super clean, bright and complete with all the stuff that you need in a vacation.

Already with enough tourist trips in Greece, I can declare without reservation that Dimitris and his wonderful family managed to impress me. He was always close to us with everything we needed.
