Decent rooms. Breakfast is very simple with too little vegerables. Several abandoned houses nearby, but it is not the hotel fault of course.

Really good hotel with cozy small rooms. Service was also good from all staff. Reception is super friendly and helpful as well. Complimentary breakfast in the morning.

This was our second visit, I love this hotel! It’s one of my favourites. The rooms are gorgeous, very clean and have state of the art interior decoration.

The cleanest I have seen in hotel cleanliness. I was impressed. The rooms are very comfortable and with a fully equipped kitchen. The unfathomable goddess in the sea.

Great accommodation for families with children. The staff is impeccable, as is the service, the rooms and the cleanliness. I highly recommend it for all the above but also for its amazing view.

It's located in very beautiful area, outstanding view from the rooms, 5star room service, outstanding hospitality and customer service. Tasty breakfasts. Hosts are very caring and friendly.

Really nice restaurant, close to Agios Nikitas beach, hidden on a sideway street. The food was really good, the service was fast and nice.

Night and day VS other Greek teverna food. Like home cooked and with love. Not the usual tourist packages crap you get. Long wait (no reservations) but it was honestly worth the 1 hour wait.

I stayed at Fantastico Studios for one week in August 2025 and my experience was absolutely positive. The apartment was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help.

We had the maisonette room. It was clean and comfortable. The pastry was very good. The service was excellent. The pictures do not lie, the building is very nice.

The room were lovely and big. The staffs were all nice and friendly especially Natasha. Unfortunately I was ill after a few days so I can't remember much after that.

We spent 4 nights in the Lake View Suite. The property was easy to find and the off street parking felt secure. We were met by the friendly owners who had provided an amazing welcome pack.

If we could give ten stars, we would! Our stay at Panorama Exclusive Suites was amazing. The rooms were spotless, unique, and spacious, with breathtaking views over Parga and the sea.

A beautiful vacation spent with our family in a wonderful, clean and super welcoming location. New furniture, beautifully decorated room, with great taste.

Overall it feels like you are staying in with your family, not at a hotel. Staff were amazing and very kind.

A little outside the city of Parga, in a quiet area. The rooms have new a/c and fridge and the relative comfort of the space. They are cleaned daily.

Good points: very clean, nice pool, plenty of sun loungers and not reserved. Good locality, 10minute walk to town but be aware slight incline on way back.

Just returned home from a fabulous trip to the Elena Apartments in Parga. The apartments are a good size and have everything you need. Very friendly staff and the pool area is lovely.

Impeccable service and hospitality. The view is wonderful and the room is spacious and clean. There is a parking space in front. Mrs. Iota always with a smile!

A perfect spot in Parga for excursions to Acheronta, Perdika Syvota and Mrs. Iota very nice.

We have been coming to Villa Vanda for 10 years now.
It is the best place to rest and recharge. It is quiet and located a few steps from the beach which is almost private.

Great rooms with an even greater staff! Rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is alright, AC available for a fee and a nice pool (bar) right outside.
I throughly enjoyed my stay and hope to be back at some point.

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony.
The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor).

Perfect experience, the rooms are located 6km from the center of Ioannina but they reward you with more! Very clean, they clean them daily!

Great food, very nice interior, passionable team most welcoming and friendly fair price too. You will feel the natural Greece with small outside tables, chairs.

It was our first trip to Ioannina. The hotel has perfect location (within walking distance to main attractions).
