Nice hotel, good food, only thing I didn't like, it is away from the beach.

The overall impression — above all praise, judging by the service, numbers and food, you can safely give 5 stars. In addition, a very good location — in the center of city life, close to everything — to the beach, to the shops, to the old city, to the bus station, to the park. Opposite the hotel — a supermarket — this is also a plus.
The staff responds to any of your requests, you need at least a little knowledge of English. Clean perfectly, towels change on demand (throw on the floor). The rooms are better than some five-star hotels. Large bed, cabinets, safe, TV, refrigerator, hold, chair, there is a balcony with chairs and a table, in the evening it is nice to sit, the bathroom.
The breakfasts (we only took them) are very varied, with 7.30 to 10.00. Tried to reflect everything in the photo: cereals of several kinds, dried fruits, biscuits different, baked goods, croissants, 6 types of jams, honey, yogurt, boiled eggs, omelet, scrambled eggs, pizza or pie, tomatoes with baked cheese, sausages, bacon, sausage, cheese, feta, olives, mousse, vegetables, fruits, etc. Drinks are diverse — 6 types of tea, juices, coffee machine, cocoa, milk, water. You will find exactly what to choose, especially as the menu changes a bit from day to day.
It is very nice that the prices of the hotel in the season are democratic, but, as the demand is large, quickly disassemble the vouchers. We booked in six months.

Hotel in the city, up to the sea about ten minutes. Friendly staff, great breakfasts and dinners. Minus the small rooms.

Staff kind rooms all with terrace only the buffet leaves a little to be desired… Always the usual things never a little fish.

It was a very nice hotel. Good breakfasts and decent restaurant. Very nice staff to return.

Spacious room with enough storage. On the other side food = to review + + +: the dishes are warm or cold, no indication of the dishes presented, not much choice…

It's cool. Corresponds to the "price-quality" parameter. 5 min to the waterfront. A supermarket and a cafes are a minute's walk away. Transfer without complaints. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfasts on the level. I recommend it unconditionally.

City center. It's all in the sideways. To the Waterfront 5 min. The staff is friendly and polite. Harch is great. Cafes for the hungry-a million. Olive oil-well, not like in our stores. What else do you need?
Oh, yes! There is no Russian channel (as it was written here) and Wi-Fi is not at the height. But it (Wi-Fi) is on each beach and in each café on Quay. In short, for a beach holiday-the most!

Good low cost hotel with good location. Breakfast ok.

Good location Restaurant in the form of buffet, very decent breakfast, dinner without much interest. Pool anecdotal. The rooms on the back are very quiet.

1 small elevator not enough to serve the 5 floors: so you have to either arm yourself with patience, or do as I do and take the stairs. A small pool on the curb with 2 poor sunbathing in the shade of trees whose leaves fall in the pool and on you. Not even a restaurant room as the tables (few) and the poor buffet are located in the lobby of the hotel. As far as food is concerned, it is little varied and usually cold. The water offered in the carafe is certainly from the faucet…
Only positive: Hotel less than 5 minutes from the city centre (so ideal for strolling in the old Town or shopping) and the beach.

Beautiful triple room obtained for the price D 1 double. Home OK without more. No parking in the city center. Continental Breakfast Not Terrible.

Rooms are clean. Staff is polite. Food is ok but is same foog every day with little variations.

Overall the hotel is value for money with good location close to the beach, cafés, shops, etc. However, it's has some downsides, such as food served for breakfast and dinner is average, rooms are not cleaned properly from time to time and a few other minor points you might find in one or the other room.

We picked this hotel in Rehtymnon as base for visiting Crete, we are satisfied with the stay even though marvelous Crete would need not just one but a couple of bases at least. Centrally located in Rethymnon, it's easy to reach by car or public transport either from Chania or Heraklion, parking isn't a issue even on peak season but, unfortunately the hotel doesn't have a dedicated parking. The lobby is an open space shared with the bar and the dining room, the free Wi-Fi can be used only in the lobby that luckily we never found overcrowded, the signal is strong enough to let you browse sitting outside the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, since we arrived pretty late they prepared a cold but tasty dinner in our room. On departure day, we could store our luggage and have a shower in a dedicated room downstairs. Rooms aren't huge but nicely decorated, the bathroom was also nice even though our bathtub was fitted with the infamous curtain, the balcony had a couple of chairs to chill a bit after an intense day enjoying the wonderful Cretan beaches. The breakfast and dinner buffet was ok, enough choices for every taste, maybe a little too repetitive. Being in the center of a nice village may help after a full day driving on the bumpy roads of Crete, there are plenty of nice shops and restaurants to visit.

Fabulous place with helpful friendly staff. Very clean. Close to beach and lots of lovely cafes and bars. Would currently return. A big thank you to all the staff especially nikos, Alex and mary.
