clean rooms, good food, ospitality and verry clouse to the beach!

Very new. Nice staff. Near the sea.

"Partys" hotel, which has been operating since June 2017. Promise to the next season to finish the corps and expand the number fund. Good location: Close to the promenade with cafes and beaches, shops, rental offices. The breakfasts are the same, but with a full typical set of "breakfast food": Scrambled eggs-eggs, omelets, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, cereals, croissants. All fresh, hungry to stay hard. Good coffee in assortment.

Good location very nice when everything is clean and the staff is great there is parking lot which is important for car rental. There is a nearby 5 min and shop and car rental and beaches… To the left of the hotel 7 min. And there are the best beaches if you can call that they are in Hersonissos.
Breakfast was… The hungry didn't leave. But there is no feast.
Greece is very! Very much! Dear Country for rest. Even if you don't shikovat. Think about if you choose comfort. And all inclusive. And a beach holiday. It's not Greece. And not with children… In my opinion!

This hotel saved our holiday.
We will never forget Emma she was amazing. She was on reception our first night. Emma could see we was upset and annoyed and arranged our first night at Pollis Hotel untill the holiday company called us back the next day as we had problems with the hotel we was supposed to stay at. She made us welcome, comfortable and safe. The thing I will never forget most about her is she wanted to make sure that Hersonissos is remembered as a beautiful place. Not a dirty one. Thank you Emma Will miss you.
Their was only had a family room availble and all I can say is "wow". Both rooms where spacious and very clean. Air condition included in both rooms 2 bathrooms and televisions too. All included in the cost.
Chrysol was on reception the next day. She made me feel so welcoming comforted us and gave us time to try and speak with the holiday company to see if they could resolve our problems. The holiday company wouldnt do anything so we chose to pay for the rest of our holiday at the Pollis Hotel as it is peaceful, relaxing and friendly. Chrystol even helped us with rearranging our transfer to be picked up here.
Anna also worked on reception. Always says hello asks how your day has been.
These 3 ladies are a credit to the Pollis. There always smiling, helpful, polite. Thank you girls so much.

This hotel saved our honeymoon! They took us in when our original booking did a bait and switch which left us is a horrible place! We showed up at 10pm asking if they had a room and they found one that was available! It is sooooooo beautiful and comfortable! The rooms are modern and well furnished! Plenty of space to get comfortable. The pools are beautiful to look at and to be in! The staff is so sweet and helpful!

We have been living in this hotel for 10 days, everything is fine! The rooms and the hotel itself as pictured, everything is new. The staff are friendly, the room cleaning is great, not scary for the rest of the phones and even the money on the table. There's not enough porridge at breakfast, more for a child than for us. Dinner is good, everything is and chicken and meat and fish, pasta etc. Drinks at dinner are paid as in all of Europe. There's one chair. Allowed to take food from dinner for the child with him, so he did not always but sometimes slept during the day. Dinner serves an aperitif, rakia for free. We were given a room for three, although the child was not paid (almost 2 years). The room is more than 2x local. The rooms on the ground floor or as they have it is ground floor, for me so comfortable. 101-108 numbers. They are right by the pool, consider your exit) ) through the door to the pool you can go out to the restaurant, very convenient! And we also need to leave the stroller, that would not be in the room. The only thing that has not finished, it is a little hooks in the bathroom, or a shelf or a dryer. The hotel opened in June 2017. The room was very clean and comfortable. While there is no kitchen, lunch in a nearby hotel that does not prevent us to enjoy the rest. One block from the promenade where a lot of cafes and shops. The beaches are all municipal, 5 euros for sunbeds without mattresses. You can just lie on the sand.
