Fabulous staff and very helpful
Food has a good veriety and plentiful. Facilities very good and hygiene is outstanding.
Covid restrictions adhered to at all times. Management kept all of us informed of any changes from Greek government.

First time here will definately be back, food beautifull, rooms lovely, staff excellent thank u all xx.

Amazing ace to stay staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. Defginayely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, to the center of Hersonissos 2 min (Quay, night clubs and bars). The Food in the hotel is monotonous, the food is not always fresh. The Staff is smiling but lacks the professionalism and skills of working in the industry.

Place to stay and eat well. Rooms are old, food is good, good location.

My number one hotel, basic but friendly, been going there for over 10 years and have made so many friends amongst the staff and locals.

Beautiful place to go on hoilday if you want night life the hotel was lovely comfortable 2 mins from the beaches.

Never again! So what I've never experienced, food tasted, in part, was carelessly slapped undecorated. No information or cards were what the individual eat. Rooms are dirty, outdated, moldy, and furniture klapperig. To make for a 4stars hotel, maybe optimal but in order to holiday. Not to mention towels and drinks which equates to cleanliness and Hygiene!

Very nice hotel, nice staff, good atmosphere. Close to the beach, a beautiful place, bars, clubs are all nearby in walking distance. The kitchen is good, very tasty cooked, the food is always fresh, very healthy and tasty is a good enough choice of what to eat so everyone can find what he likes the cooks thank you! ) Never had something that did not like apart from soda) ) and its choice of large juice, wine and just what you want)
There is a pool and bar if you come here to relax in the bar the selection is not great of course (if at all), but the fee is not expensive and delicious cocktails make (2-5€) There is a good pool, you can dive, so very cool! )

Absolutely brilliant. Was a bit abrehensive on arrival as the trip advisor reviews were very mixed! Made very welcome by the guy on reception upon arrival, got here just after midnight. Food and drink was laid on before room allocation. Was allocated a studio apartment across the road from the main hotel, free Wi-Fi, balcony with sea view. Basic but very clean.
The pool area is lovely and clean. Pool inflatables were there free to use. Lots of sunbeds but the best positions get reserved prior to breakfast. Pool bar with friendly staff and plenty of seating in the shade. Kept clean and tidy.
The resturant is very nice and modern. Excellent staff who are friendly and efficient. Not the biggest selection of food on offer but there is something for everyone.
The hotel is in a great location. 40 minutes from the airport. Beach is a 2 minute walk from main hotel. Loads of bars, resturants and shops minutes from the hotel.
The majority of guests are all inclusive but tend to dine out in the evenings. The all inclusive bar is from 10am until 11pm strict. Plenty of drinks available.
I wouldn't hesitate in coming back in the future. Worth every penny.

Definitely will be back! Food was good! The room was basic but clean and the air con was the best! Central location and the staff were amazing! Beware of the mosquitos.

Everything is very old, balcony 2 sq. Meters, the bathroom is clean but sooo small, go immediately to the correct position. The bed linen was stained but overall the room is clean. The reception can speak Russian, but not very friendly. Stunning restaurant Manager-male age seem to live their work-communicates regularly with the guests, always smiling and very attentive. The staff is very fast and cleans, and clean utensils. The food is delicious, for Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided enough choice. Terrible coffee, other drinks normal. In July many tourists so early in the morning the pool chairs are occupied until the evening, but the sea is very close! Good location, not very noisy, but the centre of the resort.

Good place but it's definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. In general, good service and good located. Room was good but the bed was quite bad.

We had a drink at the bar. The layout was nice and the service was good. The price wasn't to high.

The hotel is not 4 stars, only 2 as maximum. Very old furniture, not clean.

Well impressed with this hotel. Location to the beach and night life a couple minutes walk. Very clean place and nice pool area. Restaurant food was very nice and you were welcomed by staff every time you visited (that was nice). Bar staff were great (dragan stood out from the rest… Always had a smile on his face and always made that extra effort) all in all it was lovely. Would recommend this place to any one.

A good hotel in a great location walking distance from the sea front & bar strip… The rooms are basic but clean & the staff are so friendly & helped with our Greek. All inclusive drinks are ok with cocktails, & food was not the greatest but plenty to choose from. I would say good value & we really enjoyed our stay.

Lived on the top floor with a huge balcony. Sucks all the time hot air conditioning broke on day 2. Constantly yelling music sleep impossible. Typical food and repeating. Repair is very old. Nobody sovntuû.

The rooms were decent but the overall character of the hotel was not nice. Also there were bugs in the bathroom near the pool. Yuck.

2 types of Breakfast, two types of dinner. About lunch, I don't know, bought HB. Staff not friendly, tried to settle in a bad room in the supplementary casing, barely knocked the normal number of mainly (and it was like 20-30 euros rip off, it is unclear what Any of the terms of settlement as newlyweds, although sent testifying to the marriage. The beach, restaurants heap, there is a very good place. In this plan all liked it. About 4 stars speech and cannot be. The European neighborhood.

The rooms are not very comfortable and warm, often without hot water, with very old furniture. Food just inspiring. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional.
