This hotel saved our holiday.
We will never forget Emma she was amazing. She was on reception our first night. Emma could see we was upset and annoyed and arranged our first night at Pollis Hotel untill the holiday company called us back the next day as we had problems with the hotel we was supposed to stay at. She made us welcome, comfortable and safe. The thing I will never forget most about her is she wanted to make sure that Hersonissos is remembered as a beautiful place. Not a dirty one. Thank you Emma Will miss you.
Their was only had a family room availble and all I can say is "wow". Both rooms where spacious and very clean. Air condition included in both rooms 2 bathrooms and televisions too. All included in the cost.
Chrysol was on reception the next day. She made me feel so welcoming comforted us and gave us time to try and speak with the holiday company to see if they could resolve our problems. The holiday company wouldnt do anything so we chose to pay for the rest of our holiday at the Pollis Hotel as it is peaceful, relaxing and friendly. Chrystol even helped us with rearranging our transfer to be picked up here.
Anna also worked on reception. Always says hello asks how your day has been.
These 3 ladies are a credit to the Pollis. There always smiling, helpful, polite. Thank you girls so much.
There was a young gentlemen who stayed in the bar area, don't know his name. Always happy to help wanting to make your stay as happy as possible.
They all go the extra mile the staff there to ensure you have a perfect stay. Even the cleaners do a fantastic job. Clean everyday along with towels changed. There was one cleaner I never caught her name either. She arranged our towels into a flowers the morning after we chose to stay here for the rest of our holiday which made me smile.
I could write a million great things about this place and the staff. I would recommend to anybody.
