Clean and friendly hotel, friendly and knowledgeable staff, honest prices. Very strategic and panoramic location, walking distance to the old town and the promenade. Plentiful and tasty breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Excellent customer service. I come to Greece every year and rarely receive such hospitality. George at the front desk ensured we had every amenity needed. Nonta and leftheri were excellent at giving recommendations for where to travel. Hotels are the same wherever you go for the most part. The service is what separates it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location: 200m centre, 5' walk port car park. Very comfortable to get to the airport by car about 7km. Rooms and bathroom ok, great breakfast, great choice. Staff helpful and very friendly.

I arrived there very early because my of the flight arrival time (7am). While they prepared my room, I took a breakfast at the awesome top floor of the hotel. The view over the old harbor is very nice and the breakfast buffet contains both, European and traditional Cretan dishes. I really enjoyed it. Perfect start into. My 2weeks vacation in crete.

The best staff we found in Greece Hotels. The room have a good space with a very nice view from the sea port and the bath have a strong shower. You can go by walk from the bus station (5 mins) and the port (20 mins). There is also a good breakfast. No flaws and no regrets, this is the place.

We needed a hotel for one night near the bus station to stay overnight after the flight and go further. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. From the minuses-Noisy, under the Windows road (but this area is), to the bus station had to lower the suitcase on the stairs. Also the hotel in advance blocked the amount of payment on the card, although in the options there was a free cancellation.

A awesome place when you want to take a ferry or to browse the town. It’s clean and has a wonderful restaurant overlooking the port.

Great location Room on the fifth floor a little small and bathroom inconvenient but with a large terrace. Very average breakfast. Excellent reception.

The Hotel was very nice and the location was great but the smells in the bathroom and very difficult to park.

I did not like much old baths and eo furniture.

For an overnight stay OK. The following hints: The hotel is in the trajectory, the "safe" is not attached and could be easily removed with contents.

Me and my partner stayed here for one night while we visited Heraklion. It is a lovely hotel in the centre of the city, two minutes away from the main bus station and 5 minutes from the city centre — on foot. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was cosy and had air conditioning. The breakfast was complimentary and hearty. I would definitely recommend.

Well priced basic hotel room but good for a one night stay and then ferry. The ferry port is a 700 meter walk. The room is showing its age. 2 hard single beds and ok pillows. Bathroom has small, average shower. The best thing about the hotel is the awesome buffet breakfast on the rooftop, with views of the fort and harbour.

Good value, convenient. Helpful staff. Breakfast has good variety but juice is not "juice". Bed mattress was a bit too hard.

Great location! About 15 minutes to ferry and 5 to town centre. The room is clean though nothing special. Bed is comfortable. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, really, every single one of them! We will definitely use this same hotel again.

Very clean room, excelent staff services and amazing view to the Port every breakfast in the Gazebo Roof Garden, Martin Dream Hotel is very closed to the center square Heraklion (Liberty Square) just 7min walking.

Excellent service and location is perfect. Easy free parking around the hotel. Everything is walk-able from this location. Great Breakfast and afternoon snacks. Super close to the national high way as well so it is easy to get around Crete.

Were family in October 2013. Everything was super! About Crete, Heraklion and only good memories.

We're currently staying here and so far everything is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff here are top notch and friendly. Recommended hotel.

Very good hotel except the food that wasn't very good. But good overall! Wifi missing in the rooms.
