Great place for vacation! Many people but you don't feel this — there are many pools with sunbeds in this resort. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, near the sea, two-bedroom, polite and friendly staff, lots of pools, food delicious. Not far from the highway, you can take the bus to Iraklion or Khersonissos, you can also rent a car right in the hotel, in the parking lot a lot of choice. Safe, calm, wonderful rest. Rest in early June 2018,

Great hotel, friendly staff, delicious food. What else is needed for a good holiday!?

It's a great hotel. It's cooked delicious, but the food is repetitive. There is a great recreation area overlooking the sea, a large area, lots of pools.

Spent a week here last week. Hotel was lovely couldn't fault it for what it was or cleanliness, most staff very friendly, there was plenty of options food wise not much for kids. When we arrived our room was situated on the 3rd floor with no lift and having 4 kids one being a baby so was a struggle getting up and down the stairs with the pram. My partner spoke to reception about moving us which not much was done it was only for my partner contacting jet2 and a rep coming out to see us that we was eventually moved to a ground floor room. As for the entertainment for being such a big hotel you would expect more than a tiny square next to the bar which was 15 mins of kids dancing at 9pm then not much after that.

Booked a single week stay with a couple of friends by lastminute. Supplement single room of 230 euros and housed in the old wing of the hotel rather antiquated with nuisances since facing the pool (noises, music, deckchairs in front of the door of the room…). After complaint and insisting a little I got a room in the new buildings (which I should have gotten ex officio at the outset as noted in the description by lastminute). The rooms must be vacated at 11:00 and not 12h even if, like me, your flight is at 11:45! No possibility to make the room at 6pm (for 30 euros) because full hotel.

Very disappointed!
Catastrophe, this hotel is anything but a five star. Unskilled staff, more than average hygiene, old-fashioned room, no soundproofing, pile in the axis of airplanes, rotten animations.
The best for the end: food and beverages. The restaurants around are not bad and fortunately. Forecast a budget.
For the difference of opinion, either there is another hotel that has the same name, or positive reviews are purchased.
The rooms are welcoming and the crest and full of surprises.

Stay in the month of May. With a family with two children aged 10 and 13. The pools were often for us alone. The animation team is very friendly. The rooms are large but not very well soundproof. Many airplanes at the top of the hotel.
Careful daily cleaning. The buffet offers a varied choice (on the other hand flee the juices of breakfast). The staff are in the small care. Beaches right next door. Many visits to make. Work in progress with beautiful new buildings directly overlooking 2 swimming pools.

A great stay in Crete.
A few kilometers from Heraklion, the rooms are modern, our hotel had a terrace and a small private swimming pool The restaurant offers an international breakfast, varied and with fresh produce. Only downside the fruit juices to base and too sweet when we left, the hotel offered us a bottle of local wine I recommend to spend a nice stay in Crete.

Staff very friendly, friendly, helpful… Hotel relatively quiet to by flights of planes above the hotel but normal as near airport.
Clean hotel, decent meal. They make efforts to change every day even if we find basic everyday.
A little air is family.
Make efforts to try to speak French I recommend it.

Nice hotel. The room was very clean. The room was large. One double bed, two ottomans, and a manege bed for the child. Kitchen in the room: kettle, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer. Mugs, glasses. No Costrül, pans. The room was clean.

By contrast excursion "between two seas" to avoid 8 hours in a bus, because one should spend in a many hotel to absolutely fill the bus.

Location Family, with all conveniences! Near the airport and the sea 150 meters.

Flee! This hotel does not deserve in any way its 5 stars, I'm still wondering how they could get them! It's because you can't put less than one star or it would be 0 for me! We who are accustomed to travel and take all inclusive every time, for the blow we do not find sy at all! And yet we made hotels outside Europe (Mexico and Dominican Republic in 4 * supp) where the all inclusive included drinks that tasted and or the choice of cocktails included were huge as well as a staff with little care and superb Rooms There's a cocktail of the day and no more! And I'm not talking about non-alcoholic beverages! Tasteless! The impression of drinking a medicine! Same with the buffet! We have priced the all inclusive and well we preferred to eat outside at the premises where at least the kitchen was excellent because at the hotel C was infected! Staff mostly not friendly at all! Let's talk about the rooms! Old, shabby curtains, concrete mattresses (I tell you not the awful nights), what's more, they have no respect! We were placed in a room stuck to a local staff, at 6am of the mat one was awake by cries, furniture that bump etc… Rooms made to the snatch! Short! As much I loved this destination as the rooms outside are adorable, as I will not return at all in this hotel!

Great place fantastic array of good food beach across road. Loved it.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel had no rooms when we arrived so were put up in a nearby 5* hotel for the night. Got given an upgraded room and bottle of wine as compensation when we returned. Listed as 5* but closer to 4* when compared to hotels in other countries. Room and hotel very clean and food is nice if not massive amount of choice. Picky eaters may struggle for variety. Only downside about the food is there are no real fruit juices at breakfast (only a squash like drink).

Huge rooms. High variety foods, free/stay á'la cartes restaurant and 1 free massage per stay. The beach is only 3 minutes away. Amazing place!

Very clean. Breakfast and lunch ok. Dinner leaves a lot to be desired. Local tavernas much, much better. I fear that more tavernas will go out of business due to all inclusive hotels in area.

Nice hotel but I would not say it is 5 star.

Nice little resort, not much around but the hotel itself is lovely and clean, our room was very nice and the facilities whilst small were very good. The food was very varied and the rooftop restaurant was great at sunset.

A great place for family. From 17 May to 1 June. After four days, the hotel kicked out animations of which we know on earlier visits, made the new ones just creepy, no one talks to the Russian, the children's disco is a circle, the evening disc is a song on orders from drunken French. Very sad. And now to good. Food has become more diversified and more delicious. Hotel staff are very friendly. Everything was very helpful. Great storms and thunderstorms.

The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is very nice… but it's already… It has never… maybe just 3 star 5 star. The food is disgusting. The drinks are the last. There's not even mineral water. But only plain bottled water with and without gas, which always tastes of chlorine. Simple mashed potatoes swimming in cooking oil, fried egg floats in 2 cm! fatty, it also will be the fat fried/swim. Meat is in a very poor quality (greasy (and by this I mean not a thin edge of fat) grow by cartilage). The fries are absolutely kept warm as the remaining food to death… There are only canned fruits for breakfast. Bread can own even cutting off (6 set hygiene) rolls there is not what is but okay. But at 5 star included should be. Coke sprite Fanta are NONAME syrup drinks that just disgusting that are in the thin plastic cups (0 2 size ought to be) served with three or four ice cubes, and 22 45, it is still subject to a charge, for that has roaring from the bar with 86 db according to mobile app from door man then but even in room 207-night at 1: 00 open… Towels are not changed, even if you lie on the floor (of the environment to do that so to love in the hotels, if towel on the floor indicated it should be changed the maid) beds are not newly changed… In the cabinets, there are even boards, but only a clothes rail, which makes no sense because nobody with hangers flies, because the Cabinet has only a garment racks and a coat hanger.

No way is this a 5 star. There appeared to be a large selection of food, although a lot of the meat was quite hard to identify. As I am not particularly fussy, I always managed to find something, but I could see from the many untouched plates around the other tables that not everyone was managing to find something. The drinks at the pool bar were strange to say the least, with all of them having a slightly salty after taste, which surely comes from being watered down, as all the water in the room (while cleaning teeth! ) and pool had a salty aftertaste. (I was not drinking the pool water! Initially I thought the room was good. We had booked a "superior family room". And then we were shown some other guests room, which they had booked as a standard room. Their room was bigger, more modern and generally superior! The smaller pool is very poorly maintained. There was an ever increasing pile of sand accumulating at the bottom, and there appeared to be no testing of the chlorine levels, after 4 days my daughter could no longer go in it as her skin reacted very badly to it, as did one of her friends she made. The sun loungers are quite scarce and many appear to be continually draped with towels some for days at a time. The staff appear to be extremely demoralised, with their attitudes to guests ranging from surly to the bare minimum of interest, although a few of the reception staff maybe reached the level of almost helpful.

It is definiatly not a true 5* star complex, however on the plus side the food is good & edible but the alcohol is watered down & leaves a bad taste, the animation team are hardworkin but the hotel would benefit from some professional entertainment.
