We went on holiday to the Gouves Waterpark Hotel and couldn't fault it at all. It was always kept clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was in a perfect location close to pools, bars and entertainment. The beach is a stones throw away. There is so much food to choose from you will never go hungry here. The evening entertainment was good too, — the kids always loved it! Leon was so funny and was a brilliant entertainer. How many languages does this guy speak?! English, Italian, Spanish, German, Greek, French, Arabic, how many more Leon?! There was no entertainment on Sunday so that was a shame. Overall, a brilliant holiday and will certainly return in the future.

Not a bad hotel, for its 4 stars even gorgeous. Totally consistent. A lot of pools, literally with each body, but they are very small, both in depth and length. Decently fed, always well-fed, varied food. Every evening the entertainment program (usually dancing, any shows, etc. ) Russians are very few, and the staff will not understand you, if you do not know at least the base of English. It can be problematic. About the rooms: there are enclosures where the rooms are terrible, pull on 2 stars, there are normal. If possible, you will change them, contact your guide.

The hotel is nice. The food is delicious. The only moment to pay attention to where you are settled. We were initially put into a room not the one we wanted. I didn't like the evening entertainment either.
