Kleanthi Apartments Apartment

This is an awful place to stay. Please don't think of booking here because then maybe we won't get a room. Love Nikos and Kleanthi and get treated like family.

Second year running and I will be back next year. Nikos and his amazing family done everything they could to make us feel like family.

It's very friendly and relaxing here. The family who run the apartments are welcoming and happy to assist. The rooms are clean and include the basic amenities.

My wife and 16 year old son had a 2 week stay and were joined by my daughter and her boyfriend later for 10 days. Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. The hospitality from Nikos and his mum, Kleanthi, was without doubt the best we have received. Even for Crete, where hospitality is renowned, Nikos and his mum looked after us like we were part of their family. If staying, make sure to attend the BBQ and Kleanthi's stifado, kleftiko and Greek meatball dish nights. They really are very special nights and truly traditional Greek food and drinks are provided at a great price. I haven't tasted Greek food this good. So, to conclude. I dont want anybody to go to Kleanthi Apts as I want to keep it to myself ha ha. Honestly, if you stay anywhere in Gouves… it has to be here. Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful area. Although basic, it is clean everywhere. The service provided by Nikos & Mama Kleanthi is the best ever. The food is wonderful. The WI-FI and sun loungers are excellent & you won't want to leave the poolside. Very pleased I found this gem.

Twice I have been and it is one of the friendliest hotel I go to food is great and the owners will go out of there way for you, it has super Wi-Fi in all areas and the food is execellent and pool spotless rooms cleaned daily, cheap compared to others I would totally recommend it, there is no bad about it, and it has just been renovated …

Top place, Mama & Nicko wonderful mother & son combination. Food, drink, room pool & other guests great. We have loved every minute.

Great people, location and apartments. Only 14 apartments in block, so nice and relaxed. Other guests very friendly. Barbecue night is a must! Food fantastic and raki kept flowing! Nikos and mama are the best. Yiamas.

This place deserves the reviews it has received. Mama and Nikolas both do absolutely everything they can to make you feel like family and what a beautiful family they have. It's a small place, a little further from civilisation than people may be comfortable with but the residents all say the same. It couldn't be more perfect. I always try to go somewhere new each time but I'm already planning our return before we've even left. Simply put. It's a horrible place, don't come here so there is room for me next year.

We spent a week at Kleanthi Apartments in June 2016. It is a family business and they were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this holiday venue.
