A quiet, cozy place with convenient infrastructure nearby.

A nice hotel with spacious rooms. Rooms with kitchens that have everything. The pool is clean and large.

It's nice here.
The pool and pool bar are clean and nicely prepared. The rooms or apartments are kept simple but completely offkeeping. Babybed was present. The kitchen is equipped with only the most necessary. (Pot, pan, cutlery, cups and plates) Keeping a fridge cold for drinks is also there, with no freezer.
The hotel does not have its own dining room, which is available in the directly adjacent Dionissis restaurant. The staff here is very friendly everywhere. The location of the hotel is great!

Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new. Had dinner with them there at the lovely restaurant on the sea front. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Food and drink were well-priced. Would highly recommend this place.

I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront. The sunsets are amazing. 5 minutes walking to lovely shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas & nightlife if you wish to boogie. The apartments provide facilities for cooking. Hower I took advantage of the food on offer at breakfast & dinner. I was quite happy with the choices. The patios have shrubbery round them & it's really pleasant to sit out & enjoy a drink in the evening. The swimming pool is maintained daily and the area for enjoying the sunshine is very relaxing. From the housekeeping to the front of house staff, especially Mr Serbia, were welcoming, hospitable & if there was a problem… No Problem. For a relaxing no fuss happy holiday. I would definetely return here.

It would be desirable if there were someone who understands German. But even with broken English, it works. But all in all, it's highly recommended.

Very good reception, but the room can only agree for a one night pass on a late check in to Heraklion airport if you rented a car. The hotel is 30 mins from the airport, in a very quiet location by the sea. By cons The rooms are very far from the advertised standing: questionable cleanliness, no hot water, no soap, no shower gel… At dinner, a completely uncooked self without dessert. At breakfast, no bottle of water, no natural fruit juice… And in the evening a dog in the vicinity barks for more than two hours. All this leaves a deep regret.

We had a great time on Crete. The hotel staff was good especially the waiter MichailisClose to the beach however the hotel is old.

Excellent service and excellent value for money. Food is very good and plenty of it. Staff are all very and helpful. We love it.

Our first time in Crete and we stayed at Kaissa Beach. Very nice for kids, helpful and friendly staff, plenty oft space for sunbathing round the pool, and good prices for cocktails at nicht. Definitely coming back. Big thanks to everyone for avery happy holiday in Gouves. See you soon.

Short walk to town strip and supermarkets, apartments good size, staff friendly, good size pool, food and drinks good value for money, apartments great value, good safe property to enjoy holiday… been there for quite a few years and will go back again.

This is a superb hotel with view on the sea.
