Hotel at the top! We went there last year (2021). Of all the hotels we have done on the island, this is by far the best. Host on a human scale, well maintained, extremely helpful and smiling staff.
So much so that we are going back 15 days this year. We look forward to seeing you again!

What an experience…!
How to express excellent experience we had at Civitel Creta Beach! Such a hospitality…! From the first minute we entered the reception till last minute we left the hotel everything was amazing! Staff, including hotel manager Mr. Perakis, was professional, extremely polite, helpful and always at your disposal at any time. Bungalows are spacey, CLEAN and very nice furnished. There are plenty animations for children, big clean swimming pool, while the beach is sandy. We had all inclusive program, while from the hotel we got one a la crate dinner free of charge. The restaurant has many choices for each ones taste for all meals. Additionally, on the pool bar you can enjoy your coffee or drink accompanied with various snacks (cakes, pizza, sandwich etc). Furthermore, everyday hotel…

Spacious facility. Mainly bungalows. Very quiet and pleasant. Currently not too full (June 2021). Staff friendly and helpful … Great! < br/ > Small point of criticism: in the terraces of the bungalows a sun protection and / or a privacy would be pleasant for a little more privacy.

In the hotel there is a great and open atmosphere… I had holidays from minute one right after check-in. The hotel is very conveniently located, so that even adventurers like me can start from here and discover Greece or switch off and recharge their batteries! I'll be back at this hotel!

Beautiful small and quiet hotel with very motivated staff. Top location, cozy bungalows in the garden. Super pool area and mostly delicious food. Clear recommendation, unless you are at party or schickimicki, then you should choose a different place…

We spent a wonderful holiday.
The bungalow was modern a nset/renovated and very important, it was very clean.
The food was good and you can also eat with intolerances good and varied.
The pool and the sandy beach were very nice. Clean and well maintained, as well as the entire hotel outdoor facility. With its 240 palm trees and lots of other beautiful plants, the outdoor area is an eye-catcher.
The staff was great. Always friendly and attentive.
We also had a lot of fun with the animation team. At the massage I could relax super, only the lawnmower was a bit loud thank you… We have already recommended you and will do it again and again…

Very nice facility, with nicely laid out bungalows. Great location right on the sea/beach. Very friendly and courteous staff. Always varied and fresh food at the buffet. Nice annimation offer available, but not too intrusive. Very relaxing and relaxing holiday. Day trips are easy and easy to book via the hotel reception (e. G. Santorini) or simply by car to Chania. Around is recommended the hotel and the location.

The hotel has exceptional quality of food and also the personnel is absolutely great! They were kind and helpful. Theach is OK, but not for those who don't like waves. Some of the equipment is little bit old (e. G. Showers on the beach), but it seems they are working on it. I would recommend this hotel for families.

Very nice hotel placed in a big garden, great food, nice view from the restaurant, great animations and attractions but not in polish. Bungalows are nice and with open window there is no reason to put the air conditioning on (at least in May-June). People working there are the best I have ever met in hotels or restaurants. You can see they are doing their best, smiling and greetings you all the time and willing to help you with anything you need.

Paid 10 euros to play mini golf and was rubbish. You can't play golf on concrete blocks. Told reception and they had not a clue. Hope the accommodation is better.

The facility is very well maintained. Incredibly friendly staff. Pure sandy beach, beautiful pool. No party hotel, if you just want a relaxing beach holiday, is the place to be. Food was always delicious, too …

Great bungalow complex by the sea. Very good breakfast, lunch — and evening buffet with a variety of salads. There's something for everyone. It was always followed up.

We really enjoyed the few days we spent here in early May. The superior bungalow garden view is both pretty and comfortable (great rain shower, good beds, peaceful surrounds). Nice to have the room cleaned daily (especially having the floors mopped of sand! ). The entire complex, including meal areas, pool and all toilets are spotless. The beach waters are likewise pristine. The pool overlooks the beach and the many lounge chairs surrounding it provide a perfect place to relax. We can definitely recommend the all-inclusive experience at this hotel – every meal was a delight in choice and quality, for adult gourmands and finicky kids alike, with a gorgeous view of the sea. The icing on this very fine cake however is made up of the staff, who were a joy to be around. Our two children, aged 6 and 8, were made to feel very welcome. We were able to easily hire a car just outside the hotel for a day-trip and the main street has some cute shops and one very well-stocked supermarket. All-in-all, we found Creta Beach Hotel to be a little piece of paradise.

Holidays here are just amazing. Everyone are very nice and friendly of course ladies from reception are very helpful. Food is very very good. Place is clean with great atmosphere and views. I recommend it for 100%. Everyone will feel here great families with kids, elderly people and young couples.

Hotel very clean, the people who work there put you at ease immediately and are of impeccable kindness. Seen from the terrace of the extra restaurant overlooking the beach. Finally only compliments to make. Spent 15 days vacation at the top. A big thank you and to redo. The departure tomorrow to the north of France is going to be complicated.

Bungalow complex located at the seaside. Access Swimming pool private beach and various activities. Reception very nice and multilingual. A buffet dining room at will offering a considerable and different choice each day. Also excellent. Enough to satisfy everyone.

We stayed here for a week in November. The staff were wonderful. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. I'm really faddy and brought crackers with me as we were all inclusive and I wasn't sure I would like the food. Food was delicious and so much choice. We stayed in a beach front bungalow. Very peaceful and maids came in every day to change beds & towels Etc. Arrived very late but a cold platter had been prepared for us. Cocktail lounge was a great place to chill out and mingle. Would recommend the 'packed punch'.

Travel time 4 November 2017 to 15 November 2017. Those who come to Crete during this time must be aware that it will not be a bescending holiday, but a real holiday. You are almost everywhere alone where you can go, for us that was really great. The hotel complex is clean, the staff despite the end of the season (we are here in the last week) is still very friendly, the food is, although very few guests are still here, plentiful and sufficient for everyone. Salad bar, vegetables, cakes, fruit, meat, fish all there. Have rented us a car for a week. It is only 20 minutes by bus to Heraklion. There is a mini golf course in the complex, the tennis court has not been used for any longer. Pool and grounds very clean, bungalow with bathtub also very clean. The only shortcoming is the bar in the house, more like a station hall, lots of light, no music. Therefore, only 4 points, otherwise nix to complain about. Top for families with little kids I would say.

In October, great food, beware I've increased … Water 24 °, every day in the sea, I can highly recommend.

Beautiful well-kept little bungalow complex with all the comforts for a relaxing holiday … very friendly and attentive staff, whether reception, restaurant, bar, animation or cleaning … Food was great, the rooms clean and the grounds and the pool area maintained and not so huge, the sandy beach is right next to the hotel — we recommend the hotel for families with children who do not need a huge ruble for a relaxing holiday and also with a small but beautiful And are not satisfied with intrusive animation program.

Is great are still about 2 days there and I and my parents like it very much. The food is delicious and it's plenty of choice for everyone. The staff speaks different languages and is always very friendly. We have a bungalow that has only recently been renovated. The bathroom is very clean and tidy. The mattresses are cozy and the chambermaids always make the beds very tidy and are very friendly. I can only recommend it further.

Misleading is the only word that can describe this place. The website is very pleasant, and once you get there, you'll be very disappointed. Our family made a large mistake staying here. After a long day of traveling, we finally arrived at this place. The only thing we had was great service from the employees, and the spa is decent. Where can one start. First off, as an American family speaking english, we were the only visitors there who spoke english. Most visitors are elderly foreigners but it's family friendly. The food is disappointing and there were stray dogs INSIDE the complex. The room was disastrous. It almost felt like we were sleeping on a brick, and it looked nothing like the pictures. Save your money and don't stay at this place, or in the area for that matter.

Best Hotel in the Heraklion region. Well kept bungalows in a garden setting. A wide range of international and local food. Helpful staff.

A place where small and large can spend a stay at their rhythms. A good quality culinary service, an animation team at the height as well as staff with small care. The massage team and the top despite the rates a little high. A stay that I recommend, moreover I will definitely come back.

A superb hotel with brilliant animators. Meals are varied and very good and very plentiful. A real cool atmosphere. The hotel is new and well maintained. Some convenience store are present outside the hotel. The hotel with free Wi — Fi at reception, otherwise it is available in the rooms at the rate of €15. For the network mobile island is very well served, 4G is almost present in the entire island. The rates are almost identical to the France. Thanks to the team and the staff of the hotel we have hosted this week.

Stayed last year in this superb resort during my first visit in Crete and I would definetely go back! My fiance and I had a wonderful time on this amazing beach and we will never forget the hospitality of the people! I suggest you take cocktail at the amazing bar veranda where the views are more than stunning! As for the food? Hardly had anything better in a hotel. I strongly reccommend it!

Lovely seaside hotel with an exotic garden and very warm staff! I was delighted with the fact that the rooms were spacious and quite, not to mention the modern and exquisite decoration! I really enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the superb views by the terrace. However, I would definetely go back to swim in these magnificent blue waters of Crete!
