Good location. Big pool. Maybe little bit out dated. Everything that was promised worked well.

The Rooms are shabby. Shower Cabin 50 to 50. A Fat man is not a person there. The Tv is small. Sewage clogged water goes bad. Breakfast and dinner are good. There are fruits only cut.

Absolute disaster … Good reviews for this hotel can only be purchased! If you give away 5 stars, you live at home in a pigsty! Sorry for the harsh words! I've been to a lot of hotels starting this is by far the worst. We also landed there at the time only as "emergency shelter" because of TUIfly's strike. 1 night was enough! I wouldn't have got over one more. The food is not possible at all! Have gone out of food. Waiters prefer to make phone calls than to use … Just awful …

Quite cozy place. Friendly staff, groomed area, great pool. The food is not different, but everything is fresh and that's enough. Linen change regularly.

The hotel is located from 05.05.18. All inclusive. The dishes are washed not very much… Coffee is soluble. The food is not bad, varied. Good location, fine meal and very friendly personnel. Clean rooms with a bit tight bathrooms but beach in few minutes from hotel made us to forget about that.

This hotel should be just 2 stars! The beds are terrible, the bathroom is very small and it is a very dirty hotel. The bar is very poor. It's bored and I do not recommend this hotel!

The employee is good. But… We ha only plastic glasses at the bar. Cocktail is not Cocktail only mixture. The our room was nice but it is loud And a lot of room has no panorama. It is not 4 stars only 3. But its not bad.

My opinion is simple: those who have five star requirements, tailor-made by corresponding German rating series and here complaining about a well-managed, clean small hotel complex, to the grip of the will, is at home, like here simply a dissatisfied person. I, anyway, got more for my money than I expected — extremely friendly people, a very clean room and service, as I can only wish it for many German hotels.

We've been here in August, 2017 (2 adults). Good hotel, incredible friendly staff. Swimming pool is not with marine water as written in the description, the water is fresh and chlorinated as usual. Facilities on the territory: restaurant, 2 bars, swimming pool (depth up to 3.5 meters) with sunbeds around and palm tree garden with sunbeds right next to the pool, table tennis and paid billiard and air hockey. Sea is in 2-3 minutes of walking. Sandy beach, the sunbeds are paid, but there is enough place to spread a towel. The sea is shallow. We're totally satisfied with our stay here. It's not a luxury hotel, but it is good for it's price category.

Really nice view from our room. Pool was clean, as well as room itself and rowels. And breakfast very good. Roomserviceand waiters were very gentle and friendly. But interior is old, air conditioning not powerful and everything looks like eastern Germany buildings from the 80s. I can not believe that it has 4 Stars. Although it is 30 Minuits to Heraklion the connection is good. Bus station direct next to the hotel. Some supermarkets are around, too. No Towel for the floor and our room had no hairdryer. Others had so I borrowed one. Beds are very hard.

The rooms look dreadful and the food is hideous. Avoid it.

Hotel 9.0000, check in at 14.0000 is not spavši night. The hotel is near the road, very, very little. Beach across the street, another 15 minutes along the way to go. I do not recommend.

Don't deserve 4 stars. Difficult to get clean cutlery, the quality of the meals is limited and fat (orange juice worse than the low end french, a shame for a country with some orange groves). The all inclusive don't have not one (you are denied drinks in the hours authorized, asked even to pay the coffee time). Woke up 2 times at 6 in the morning because of the generator with a Jackhammer noise. Wi — Fi is cardboard and works when he wants to. Positives: the AC in the room works and some personnel are making efforts.
