Perfect hotel! I’ve stayed one week in this fantastic place! The nice and always smiling staff. The relaxing atmousfere, food, decorations, ect. I just love it. If you need reaxation and be soiled — then go here! It’s not the last time I’m here…

Great hotel, lounge atmosphere and staff at the top.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Really high standard of food and great amenities. Will definitely return.

This place is super jungle vibe with so much love and attention to detail. We’re so happy staying here.

Insanely great hotel in the north of Crete!
We felt right at home. The staff was very friendly and everyone gave everything to give the guests a nice time. Unfortunately, there was often a lack of space at the pool and during the evening program.
The rest of the service and the atmosphere were so convincing that we would come back!

The Hotel is a new but actually renovated Hotel back from the seventies I believe. They did not change the sizes of the old Hotel, apparently for budget reasons so they just focused in the interior design… It is really crazy that this hotel focuses the management on the wrong clients. However whoever is responsible for the marketing or PR should be fired… They care only about wanna-be influencers with 100k and 200k followers (not even real celebrities) who are not paying to stay here while paying guests have much less rights than them. I have visited many Hotels around the world with amazing and serious social media marketing strategies that in fact respect the normal clients even more and let the influencers do their thing in a private bungalow. (which of course this Hotel does not have). Syntopia you are losing the main focus and reason of your existence which is hospitality service and not instagram showing off with some young kids… I guess for teenagers this Hotel is a good choice to spend a weekend cause facilities are quite limited as well…

Wonderful location! Very relaxed, trendy atmosphere. The people, employees, are so friendly and courtious. I was here for the second time. Last year 12 days with my daughter, this year 3 weeks (! ) with my partner. The hospitality is great! Food, drinks, service, room, pool, gym, all great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, again!

Boho-chic hotel for adults only. Brand new hotel with nice styling and atmosphere. The food is delicious and a great variety. Close to the beach. Wonderful place for a (short) vacation to relax. Or your honeymoon as in our case :)

The Barmen from 5 o'clock in the afternoon until the bar shut, they made a very nice atmosphere around the bar for everyone.

The hotel is beautiful. We are having such a nice time here. Good food, good entertainment, very nice staff. The only thing that is bloody annoying in this hotel is the fact that the focus of the management is on the wrong clients. They care a lot about influencers who are not paying to stay here while paying guests have less rights than them. Come on Syntopia, step up your game. You have a nice hotel and I’m sure it will be a success. But stop inviting useless “influencers”. They ruin everybody’s vibe.

It’s the perfect home base fully inclusive to explore Crete.

Stayed here in June with my boyfriend. The food was amazing, rooms were very clean and spacious. The only thing I would change is the shower, this is because it didn’t seem to drain very well and sometimes ended up with a puddle in the room after having a wash. Chicken gyros on the menu was the best idea a hotel has ever had! Very pleased with the all inclusive selection of food and drinks. Bar staff on a night were fabulous didn’t even have to ask for my drinks because he already knew what we was having from previous nights. Had a lovely stay, but could have done with more entertainment.
