Room services are normal but prices are very resanable and good behavir good staff nice all.

Excellent place must be visited by everyone.

Cooperative staff and feel like heaven for me.

So I had a great lahori nashta buffet qoth my family and. Friends. It was such a great experience. Great staff. Tasty good. Good variety. Grrqt ambience. Would defiantly recommend. Great improvment.

It was a bad experience poor house keeping poor room service unimpressive interior slow service in dining area thay don't even set their tables properly there is always something missing on the table such as cutlery crockery sugar pot or salt n paper. They don't clean rooms properly thay put only one towel like nihari wala hotel is price main itna bura experience ka bhi nahin hua the only good thing is the location. Agar main in ko minus main rate kar sakti tu main yahee karti rate k ilawa kuch bhi 3 star wala nahin tha.

At late night they switched off their cooling system as well they not provided the AC control panel at room. Guests don't have options to control cooling temperature in their rooms. Overall I don't like that hotel.

On the plus side, Good location, courteous staff, good food reasonable rates. Our room was very small, not comfortable. Rooms could use good cleaning and de-bugging. (I caught one on my pillow).

Biggest issue of hotel is its limited parking. I parked the car in the adjacent Liberty parking and paid 50 for overnight stay. Second one is its puzzled and confused Reception Guys. They were acting in desperations to know which rooms are free and which are booked. Plus they couldn't find booking cards. I spent a good 15 minutes to be ultimately transferred to my room. No welcome drinks. Limited options in breakfast Good thing is their Wi-Fi.

I always enjoy my stay at Smart Hotel. It's a pretty descent hotel with all the facilities of any big 5 star hotel. Small rooms, but they're pretty comfy and clean. Prices are reasonable and room services are great! Hotel food is amazing! Do try their Chinese food options!

The worst thing about hotel is that you have to leave! We had a smashing time there, staff, food, room, location were all spot on.

Dear principles and madam. tss is problem are all year are teach student activity and no concentrate to subject course and last final term exam are not revioson both subject. Parents tens final exam times how can did teach them students are not prepair school teacher how can did teach them.

I have read some terrible reviews regarding this hotel, I stayed in this hotel for last 3 days. Very clean and spacious rooms. Hotel staff is also very cooperative and active. I had no trouble / complain staying here. Most of the guests were with family or on official visits so no shady activities here. Safe for family.

This is a good and secured place. Its good to stay with family. But its comparetively costly. This hotel is earning just due to their location. And parking is a big problem at this place. But overall its a good property.

Check in and out was quick. Clean hotel for its class. Major problem is parking. It has no own parking space which makes parking and safety of your vehicle a real concern especially considering the fact that this hotel is situated on one of the most busiest locality in Lahore.

Hotel staff is very rude and impolite… would never recommend about ur hotel to anyone Not even to my enemies.

Cool and nice place to stay!

Dont ever stay in this hotel! You have to pay heavy price of every thing! I was there with my wife! Worst small room everything was worst! At the time of checkout I had to wait for 20 minutes coz remote was missing atlast it was found under the pillow! Worst hotel! Extremely costly with 0% return! Dont ever think of staying in this hotel!

Nice ambience but the was just so so. Great location though. At the heart of the city at liberty Market.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. It is extremely expensive keeping in view the quality of living and services. The rooms are too small you even have to walk carefully inside the room. Had to wait for the luggage to be brought to the room for a lengthy time and had to go down and pick myself. The choice of newspaper was asked but was never delivered during 3 days of stay. No parking facility. Had to park on the road outside and one has to stay outside and wait until a place is made available for parking. not a family hotel. Was woken up by a big bands on my door and shouting at 4:14 am. Outside a half naked girl (turned out to be call girl in the morning as told by other guests). She was under intoxication of drugs and forgot her room. No one in the hotel management knew unless told in the morning. The management / staff visits you to remind that you have to pay for this and that, despite you sign the laundry etc bills. Had to wait for 30 minutes on check out since the remote of the TV was missing, unless found under a sofa. Strictly not recommended.
